Buywell Restaurant, located in Boxhill, is a place that specializes in lamb soup and buns, and it seems to be popular among the elderly who live nearby, likely because the flavors suit their preferences.

We ordered buns, dumplings, lamb soup, and tofu pudding.

However, we were extremely disappointed when the dumplings arrived completely broken. We pointed this out to the server, but she had no reaction at first and only later offered to replace them.

My question is, if the kitchen staff noticed that the dumplings were already falling apart, why would they still serve them to the customers?

Very bad experience, rare in my life, I shouldn't have walked into this store. The hygiene management of this restaurant is very poor. Very bad experience, I pass by the restaurant this morning around 9am so try to have a fried dough sticks take away.
