I’m honestly just speechless and disappointed.
I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but this experience really left me frustrated. After waiting quite a while for my drink, I was finally called up only to be handed the wrong size. I had paid for a large, but got something smaller. I didn’t get upset; I politely asked for the correct size because mistakes happen.
But while watching them make the new drink, I saw that they didn’t even add the mix pearl topping I ordered. Still, when I asked the cashier to confirm if it had mix pearl, she confidently said yes. It didn’t.
I brought it up again, and instead of fixing the drink properly, they just gave me the pearls in a separate cup. At this point, I honestly didn’t even know what to say. Two mistakes in a row, no real apology, no real solution.
When you’re paying $11+ for a drink, it’s not just about the product it’s about the experience. I shouldn’t have to chase after the things I paid for or double check everything because the staff didn’t. I left feeling more disrespected than anything else.

Read moreI was very, very happily surprised by everything about this place. It’s very hole-in-the-wall and somewhat unassuming but the large line did not lie: it’s just beautiful. The store’s colour palette, lighting, and tea flavours have a very cozy and warm feel which I can easily say carries right through until the end of the drink. The service is quick and seamless but waiting does become somewhat difficult if the shopfront is busy, what with the little space there is on the footpath especially with a line; though this is no fault of the business themselves. The bubble tea itself is to others brand’s what silk is to cotton and is stunningly delicate and well put together in its palette, it’s useful to note there are only six visible menu items, without option for toppings or pearls, but having tasted two I have no doubt the others are of any lesser quality or in need of additions. I will be coming back here if the sun doesn’t rise in...
Read moreI really like the milk tea here — it has a lovely tea aroma and isn’t overly sweet. However, today I ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with Pearl and Pecan Cream Top to take to work, and later realized that there were no pearls in the drink. I went back to the shop about 15–20 minutes after purchase to report it, but the staff’s response was quite disappointing. Instead of making me a new drink (even though mine was still about 90% full), they simply opened the cup — which had already melted ice and cream — and added pearls directly into it.
Since I also work in the hospitality industry, I found this service quite poor and unprofessional.
Additionally, considering the price of the drinks here, the cup and lid quality is not great either. The lids often pop open easily, which makes the drink prone to spilling. I think the shop should improve this by sealing the cups with tape like many other milk...
