Chelsea Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Melbourne

Went there to get a Family pack with extra half chicken, extra salads, scallop potatoes and few burgers, so pretty much was about to spend over $100 including drinks. I asked if they can do the extra half chicken as chicken breast. In the past they have done this and not charged, nor does it say extra for it he wanted to charge me extra this time.. so I went few doors down instead. Over $2 you lost a customer who is a local. It's very dissapointing considering they recently burnt down and reopened, I was going out of my way to tell others to go there and was going myself often to support them.. it's $100 this time but you lost a customer for good. Over $2 dollars. 😆...

Best charcoal chicken I have ever been to. I moved 20 minutes away from the area, and I literally drive here whenever I feel like charcoal chicken.. even when there is another charcoal chicken 1 minute from my home. There potato scallop is top tier & the tastiest potato scallop I have ever had (I need the recipe) The customer service is always great, food is always fresh, well priced, large servings & I’ll keep coming here for many more years to come as long as there’s the same owners with the same food...

Had been here multiple times, it was great, quick and nice food. Tonight, I ordered, left to return 10 minutes later and advised because of an eftpos error, my ordered hadn’t been processed. I was told about the error after a further 10 minutes and then waited another 10-15 minutes for my order to be prepared from scratch.
