A day In BKK Chelsea — Restaurant in Melbourne

Very disappointing night out with friends at BKK. We went there on a recommendation but definitely we and the friends who recommended won't be back. The service was really bad - we had to ask for drinks after 20 minutes of just sitting there. We still didn't receive them for another 20 and only after I asked - and they were only beers not cocktails or wine. We got our entrees after 45 mins and our main after an hour and half (we had to ask twice!!). The food was very average - I could have made better. Now you may say - they were short staffed - no they weren't. The reason I know that is is that takeaway and UberEats took priority- the number of meals coming out was insane. So my recommendation - if you want to eat here (believe there are better places around) then order through a delivery service - they are prioritised - not the actual customer in...

Having previously lived in Thailand... this is the BEST thai food I have ever had since moving to Australia. The staff are wonderful.... so so nice. Always happy and smiling and happy to help. We get take out regularly from here and often dine in too and service is always wonderful. The food is just outstanding. We order something different every time and they always cater for us being vegatarian. Every single dish has been brilliant. Fresh and full of flavour... never a let down. It's also the only place we have found that will actually do a hot spicy dish and make it thai spicy. 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you ladies. You guys...

I’m usually not one to complain about food but I got Uber eats from here and it was probably one of the more dissapointing places to choose from the food was pretty average I had pad see ew and the pad basil but the flavours weren’t there at all. The quality of the beef in one of the meals wasn’t the best either. I also got a Thai iced coffee that came in a soup container which was just different to say the least Their roti bread with satay sauce was the only thing that I actually enjoyed It could’ve been a really busy night but for $95 probably isn’t worth...
