Staff and bouncer extremely rude!!!! Went in last night, me and friend took our first beers, she opened and left it for us and took the card for payment, we just touched the beer and it was completely warm, within 30 seconds while she was taking payment, we told her it is warm, could you please give us the cold one, she refused straight away saying that you have drunk it, we keep saying no we didn't please check the cameras, she changed it for us then, saying that you have to apologise to me or else this is your last beer; she was like u yelled at me and the guy who was next to her was not even in the conversation, don't knew anything and was like we will kick you out, our only fault was to ask for cold beers instead of warm for which we was being asked to apologise, wowww extremely awesome service you are providing to your customers, management need to look after this, i have been managing from last 10 years in customer service job, if my staff will be rude like this, i will never support them whatsoever!! No one wanna get disappointed for such stupid reasons and spoil their night!! Lots of other people were complaining too that lady and guy on counter were very rude, the guy was supporting that rude lady and he was rude too, there was another lady on the right hand side who was extremely awesome in service, she was doing the right job!! Please check ur cameras last night 12.20am!! I will never suggest this place with rude customer...

My friends and I were out for my mate's 20th and she had msged this place for birthday deals beforehand and we were told that there were going to be $5 basics and $10 espresso martinis for the evening until 2am. The two bartenders started overcharging us at 1:30am claiming that the early bird special ends then & tried to charge $40 for 2 espresso martinis & at one point a bartender said that mixed vodka drinks weren't apart of their basics menu 10mins after I had been served a $5 vodka raspberry from a different bartender. We spoke to management (who were very helpful actually) and they reimbursed us with free drink vouchers. The music was too doof-doof and didn't actually sound like real music because there wasn't any lyrics it was literally the same remixed beat for 2 hours with different percussion every 5 or so minutes so it was not fun to dance to and gave many of us headaches which made us leave the venue momentarily to take breaks from it (that was just us personally there did seem to be a few people enjoying it). Also the 2 bartenders were doing shots with one of our friends which I thought would go against their RSA - how can they responsibly serve alcohol if they were intoxicated too? The same friend of ours also was served $5 basics PAST 2am which ticked off the birthday girl quite a bit because she was charged $10 for the same drink at 1:50am. Came down from Sydney with my friends recently and had a pretty confronting experience as we headed inside. There was a miscommunication and one of the security guards grabbed me quite forcefully and also elbowed my friend in the neck..she feels quite bruised there as well.

I was pretty upset about the situation and was told in the bathroom inside by a few local girls that this is a common occurrence and the security guards are really unreasonable ?

When we asked him calmly later that night why he was using so much unnecessary force (infront of the other guards) without any verbal communication first, he just stormed off inside..when we asked security guards what his name was - he apparently isn’t even a hired security guard - so why was he allowed to do that? Either way, I don’t feel it’s right (or legal?) for hospitality staff to use such force or to touch females in that manner. Really disappointed with how everything was handled and how aggressive this man was. Whilst I don’t know his name he was Caucasian looking and had tattoos on is neck.

Wish I had read some of the reviews prior or asked a local about this place beforehand as it seems to be a common theme in some of these reviews. Can the owner take these reviews more seriously as I can only imagine how many others may have experience something similar but haven’t contacted the venue or...
