BANH MI EDITION The best bahn mi in Melbourne! 10 stars! Iâm always curious to try other flavours, but canât resist the Trang Special, itâs the one with most meat variety inside a banh mi, canât go wrong with it, plus, we can only have âTrang Specialâ banh mi at Trang bakery! But at this particular branch of Trang, the sauce is extra delicious, its the best banh mi in the world, truly amazing! Also, it is the most friendly of all 3 Trang Bakery in the surrounding neighbourhood, all the ladies are always polite, welcoming you with a smile! Been popping in a lot early morning before starting work, and it is always a joy to say good morning to them and always have a smile in return, with good vibes. The decoration is also the best, very nice and happy full of plants. Iâm always in a rush and always have to get take away, but if I ever have the time, would be nice to take a seat here to enjoy the delicious banh mi. Thank you for making the best banh mi in the...

Trang special banh mi: Fatty oiliness goodness, that is full of aromatic flavours and crispy fresh Asian greens. Although if youâre not a fan of fatty and oiliness in your banh mi I wouldnât recommend this one. But it sure carried those meat flavours across the roll and made it very enjoyable to eat. In addition to my banh mi was a small spring roll, which unfortunately was slathered with oil packed full of herbs and spices although due to it being overcooked, the pastry was hard and dry which made it hard to eat. But it was free and was just thrown in with my banh mi which was nice, so not much to complain about it seriously.
Next time Iâll try and order earlier in the day to get the freshest of bread, you will see me next time.

I paid $18.50 for a tofu bĂĄnh mĂŹ and a vegan bao bun, and it was the worst dining experience l've ever had. The bĂĄnh mĂŹ was completely inedible-stale bread, zero flavor, and I had to throw it out after just two bites. Then came the real disaster. I explicitly ordered a vegan bao bun, but after taking a bite, I immediately knew something was off. I passed it to my friend, who confirmed it was pork. I am a Muslim vegan and have never eaten pork in my life. I was horrified and ended up violently throwing up. This experience has left me devastated and sick. If you care about good food, proper service, or respect for dietary requirements, stay far away...
