Underwhelming experience for what we paid for ($250 without drinks). I could see the vision but the execution needed improvement. For example, the caviar did not taste fresh and the texture was a bit rubbery, as was the abalone. The lobster pieces for the rice dish were a tad overdone and chewier than expected. I’m Cantonese, so I expected something that showcased Cantonese cuisine in an elevated and/or unique way. However I came out of it feeling like I just had standard Cantonese wedding dinner fare.

As a Hongkonger, I’ve never experienced Cantonese cuisine quite like this — not even back home. With only 10 seats and an intimate Omakase-style setup, each dish is prepared right in front of you and presented with incredible care. It’s a thoughtful balance of tradition and creativity, with flavours that are both surprising and familiar. A rare and refined dining experience in Melbourne, will definitely go back at some point!

Cantonese style omakase, around 10 seats per seating. The environment of the place is quiet. Service is great. Food is tasty and well balanced for the style of cuisine. For the price paid, it is quite value for money as they use quality and health beneficial ingredients. The amount of food they provided is quite filling even though it serve by per person amount.

My partner and I had such a wonderful experience here. The food and service were both exceptional, everything was top-notch and of great value. As we come from the culture of this cuisine, we were genuinely and pleasantly surprised by the creativity, skill, and craftsmanship behind each dish. It truly felt like a beautiful ode to our heritage.

The ambience was also fantastic — calm, zen, and thoughtfully designed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We were genuinely surprised to find something of this quality and authenticity in a Western country.

Every dish was delicious, and we left feeling completely satisfied. We also really appreciated the thoughtful gesture to make our anniversary extra special. Thank you for creating such a memorable dining experience, we’ll...
