I really love the dirtea with milk tea instead of fresh milk however 50% of the time I go. They make it with fresh milk (like it says on the menu).
I ask for it to made with milk tea (which is an option) as normal milk bloats me. I get painful stomach ache when I have the fresh milk.
The milk tea is very strong and flavourful. When I order a milk tea with brown sugar, they usually recommend or point to dirt tea (which I love, the foam is really tasty) and make it with milk tea.

I mentioned that it showed as closed and asked them to check the system. However, someone who couldn’t speak English properly hung up on me, which was extremely disrespectful.
Every time I go to the store to pick up an order, I am met with rude behavior. Therefore, your staff should be trained on how to treat customers with respect and how to communicate properly. The quality of your products is overshadowed by the poor quality of your customer service. This is why I’m...
