Domino's Pizza Bentleigh (VIC) — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered through the Menulog app on Grand Final Eve. I also used a $15 promo code that the app had for Domino’s. After waiting the 40 mins for my order to arrive, I called the restaurant. The first call was put on hold and hung up on. The second call was answered. The employee said my order was there, but hadn’t “come through” and that I’d need to cancel that order and put it though again. I thought this was odd as they have to click something on their end to accept the order. As Menulog had assumed the order delivered, I had to go through a lengthy process to do this. I ended up ordering through the Domino’s app and paying the additional $15 plus a public holiday surcharge that the Menulog app didn’t have. It’s now become clear that the restaurant wanted to maximise their profits on a public holiday, so just chose to ignore my order so I’d cancel and they could make the full amount off me. We’ve been regulars here for the last 6-7 years and it used to be consistent. Recently it’s been very random - often they would deliver 20+ mins before you had scheduled it. Tonight it was 20+ mins late - I rang to work out what was going on - and complained why it was so late when I had ordered 90+ mins before (we often order when we get home and we know we’re going to have pizza). However - I was told by some nobody staff member that I had only just ordered - and was basically told I was a liar. That was the point I gave up on this company. What is this country turning into when honest customers are being told they are liars - when it’s their company that is late delivering. I was annoyed when I rang (because it was late)… but I was actually offended when I was told I wasn’t telling the truth. Also when the pizzas did arrive they were almost completely cold. They...

Ordered godfather, supreme and Hawaiian with 2x pepperoni. What we received was 3 cold pizzas, a sweet, cheese heavy flovourless, no spice (godfather), cheese pizza with 3 olives, 5 pieces of ham, 2 pieces of capsicum and not much else (supreme) and a cheese pizza with 5 pieces of pineapple, 1/4 handful of ham and 5 pieces of pepperoni.

We called the restaurant to try to resolve the issues with our order and were offered 1 free pizza on our next order... Really?

Not good enough Domino's Bentleigh, do better! You charged additional for ingredients that were not added to our pizzas, missed order notes and didn't even provide what would be bare minimum if ordered straight from your menu... If you can't do this, you should not be trading.

*UPDATE: Store manager offered to pick up all 3 pizzas and refund us for only 1... Is he joking? I'd rather...
