For the first time, I met a person at the front desk who is very rude and has no manners to speak to other people.
In response to your polite reply, I'd like to clarify that your front desk employee admitted the water was intended for customers, not for delivery person when I checked about it after she was rude. This contradicts the statement you made below. I was very polite when I initially asked if the water was clean, and she told me to ask them first before using it. We assumed, as with most good restaurants, that the water at the front being kept in an organised way is clean and available for everyone, whether a customer or delivery person. However, in response, she gave, where she told us to "shut up" and gestured rudely, was disrespectful. If there had been an option to give a thumbs down, I would have gladly done so. I hope no one else has to experience the same treatment we did.
I am sure even Uber drivers must say they always have a bad experience. Thus, it's not Uber drivers, and it's you who need to learn basic etiquettes.Telling someone to "shut up" or using rude gestures is not just disrespectful but completely unacceptable.
Stop labelling people as "Uber drivers" or "customers"—we’re all human beings deserving of respect. For your information, the person you didn't offer water and shown disrespect by saying shut up when he was asking you question about the clean water to is an accountant by profession, with an extensive network of clients and strong professional relationships. He knows exactly how to communicate and treat others with respect. Also, gladly, I would like to tell you that even in his Uber profession, he is good with other restaurants and fortunately have a good experience with other restaurants apart from only this one.

Read moreWe only had our first meal here, hence the 4 stars, and I don't normally give that on the first meal at all! I always leave room for improvement. The dish was tasty and nice. Freshly cooked and decent portion. It's one of their specials on the menu. We also had the korean pancake. It's actually a good tasting one. I actually like the way it's cooked properly. Maybe on the next visit, we will try the signature chicken. Which is the gami chicken. Last but not least, service. It wasn't that busy, and they have this little robot that helps out with delivering food, which is a nice touch. The guy at the counter was pretty helpful as he even offered me a glass of warm water as I have a bit of a sore throat. All in all good 👍 and they do deliver as well based on the amount of orders on the counter which keep them going. So I guess we'll be visiting again soon....
