Lunch for 5. Drinks - flat whites, decaf soy lattes, normal lattes, Coke, apple juice and a Prosecco. Food, husband had omelette, teenager had margarita pizza while myself and other 2 adults ordered off their Lebanese menu. Dips (hummus, baba ghanoush, labne) with pita bread. A kibbeh and 2 vegetarians both had falafel plate. And can I say falafel delicious, not too dry like so many others I've had. Also a fattoush salad and chips. Didn't eat all falafel (took rest home) so could fit in some baklava. They had 2 types, Greek with honey and walnuts and Lebanese with rosewater and pistachios. I couldn't decide so had Greek there and Lebanese for takeaway! Total $200. Bathrooms up long flight of stairs and on 2nd level a good sized function room. Parking on street which is always pretty busy but car pulled out just as we got there, so perfect timing! Errol's has 2 menus, 1 with traditional breakfast offerings, pastas and pizzas while other Lebanese. They have heaps of seating inside and out front. Delicious!

Coffee was great. However, the omelette was the worst I had ever tried, they used chopped green onion instead of chives. The surface was overcooked instead of tender and soft, especially the sides tasted like little bit bitter. When I told the counter, she told me that's fine twice. But that's not ok, the chef might not know the identification of omelette is and should go to learn how to cook eggs again. Meanwhile, the bread also tasted bad, pan fried without butter, so the bread was chewy and soggy. As you can see from the photos, the bread looked like white and unforced on it. Embarassing and the chef will be fired if works in my kitchen.

I have been coming here for 24 years. There have been a lot of changes in that time, as one would expect. But I can say with confidence I won't ever return. The quality of the food varies wildly. I'm not sure if they have one good cook and 3 bad ones, or if it's all the same person who has a good day and then a run of bad ones. I had the best pizza of my life here, and also easily the worst... multiple times. Once in a while the pasta is perfect, the rest of the time there is so much pepper it's absolutely inedible... as if whoever prepared it has never tried it themselves. The staff are generally competent, but bored, except for one young woman who is always exceptional. For some reason they like to put the guy who struggles to speak English on the counter and answering phone orders, and it makes no sense. He's nice, but if he can't understand simple things, maybe get him to concentrate on other things? The potential for this place is high, and when the service and food are right, it can't be beaten. But it's a roll of the dice, and with prices being what they are I'm no longer willing to spend money on food that just goes into the trash most of the time. Such a waste of potential. The atmosphere varies from somewhere I don't want to be, to somewhere I still don't want to be, but with one person providing attentive and friendly service. One review isn't going to change anything, but I would hope they'd implement some quality control in the kitchen; and prioritise training their staff all to...

I have been coming here for some years now and 12 months ago this would have been a 3 star review maximum. The food is really delicious, but the lack of communication between the front and back of house has now worn thin. My final straw was coming in for a pick up pizza this evening to be given the wrong order when I arrive. The meal they had made was offered and price difference refunded. No problem there at all, until 10 minutes another staff member comes up asks me what the order I was given was and takes it back to the kitchen. No explanation or apology so the resolve was somewhat undone. In times when I have dined in food and waiting to even place orders can be lengthy even with plenty of staff on. With this in mind as well as tonight's efforts, this leads to believe that there is a lack of direction from the people who should be giving it. As this has been an ongoing issue, I have now grown tired of it and do not wish to return but hope you can sort these problems out. Also please find a way to make your phone order system more efficient, another reason why I can't be...
