Three words would sum up my experience perfectly, Cold RAW Chicken !
I got a original recipe box from KFC close to their closing time tonight and ended up waiting 20 minutes while for one staff member to serve the orders for 9 outstanding orders while chatting with 4 other staff in the back eating the leftover food as they started packing up.
Not only did they not have the potato gravy (among other things, as I heard the staff argue with another customer while I waited over the chocolate moose) but when I finally got my food (at least the parts they had) it was completely cold. Which I was not about to cause a scene over as we were already running late for our movie by this point. But when I had taken a few bites of my burger I realised that the chicken in my burger was basically RAW for the centre.
When I brought the burger inside to complain, the staff was not apologetic in the slightest as I was told “Well we can’t make a new burger now since we are closed” They did later offer to refund the burger portion of my order but having already eaten the raw chicken completely ruined my appetite and so I left for my movie (for which I was late for at this point, so much for FAST food).
This has been the worst experience I’ve had at any fast food place in my life, paying for terrible service, and worse than that raw food that will make you sick.

Read moreIt seems to be the culture of this place to have 1 or 2 staff doing all the work to the point of exhaustion, while the rest are busy having fun chatting or engaging in various forms of tomfoolery. They have so much fun that sometimes, as a customer, I feel like I am in their way and that my presence is highly unwelcome (which is probably true judging from their attitude towards customers).
I have refrained from leaving a review in the past because it is unfair to the 1% of staff who are actually working hard. However, after another app order which (again) had items missing, I felt like I should say something. So here goes: I am so sorry my craving for fried chicken seemed to have imposed on you guys. Although you were probably having too great a time to notice.
On behalf of the local avian community, thanks also for always having leftover food scattered around on every single table for hours on end. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
Finally, the food here is incredible! Unlike other branches which serve mundane menu items, you make sure to include a surprise every time! My last order came with a few crunchy, raw chips, which is a refreshing take on a classic recipe. Sometimes I get double-fried, extra crispy stale chicken too if I'm lucky! Read moreSpent $36 on 2 large zinger box meals one with extra chips (instead of gravy) and the other with chicken fillets (instead of hot and spicy chicken). I recieved only 1 zinger box (with no extra chips) and just a single zinger burger. Completely missing the rest of box 2.
I questioned the red haired girl at the counter who said that is what I ordered and proceeded to print out a receipt in my name for the order she gave me, but not what I had ordered at the kiosk. Weird, I thought.. I knew I had ordered 2 zinger boxes as I had changed some of the elements and double checked before paying to make sure the changes had been made.
I calculated the amount on the receipt and it did not add up to what I paid on card. Additionally, the time stamp shows this order was submitted at the counter 9 minutes after I made my original order at the kiosk. She was of zero help, just gaslighting me in to thinking I didn't order what I am confident I did.
I believe she fraudulently changed my order because they had no fillet pieces left is my best guess. I don't know, it's odd.
