If I could give it 0 stars I would. Having lived in Melbourne my 33 years of existence I would say this was the worst dining experience of my life, and we didn't even stay long enough to look at the menu. We hadn't even been there more than 5 minutes and the waiter launched into telling us how our society always favours women. He inappropriately told us about his recently divorced friend who had to split everything with his wife. He said that since Rosie Batty, the courts always favour "the woman". I respectfully attempted to challenge his views to no avail.
Rosie Batty's son, Luke, was tragically murdered in a domestic violence incident. 1 in 3 women will experience domestic violence in their lifetime, and on average one woman is murdered in Australia each week due to domestic violence.
I will not support a restaurant in patronage where the staff have disgusting views on matters such as these. I understand this may not be the view of the restaurant proprietors, but your staff are an extension of you. This is why women feel unsafe around us men. This is why we have an epidemic of unhealthy masculinity. My partner and I left before looking...
Read moreAfter 10 years of living in Melbourne and tasting my way through its endless pizza joints, I can confidently say — I’ve never experienced anything quite like this. This isn’t just pizza, it’s a moment.
I ordered the prosciutto pizza with buffalo mozzarella, and from the first bite, I knew I was in for something special. The crust was sheer perfection — that golden, blistered edge with a soft, chewy interior that only comes from true mastery. The toppings were bold and unapologetically flavourful, with the buffalo mozzarella adding that rich, creamy finish that ties everything together.
It’s rare for a pizza to surprise me these days, but this one absolutely did. There’s heart in this food, and it shows. If you’re in Melbourne and think you’ve had it all — trust me, you haven’t until you’ve had this.

Read moreJust on one of the side lanes from the main flinders street is this street with so many restaurants. in the evenings it is a nice place to take a walk and enjoy spending time at different cafes, restaurants and bars. since I was on my wheelchair we spotted this restaurant with some seating in the outdoors and also it served Italian food so it was the ideal place even though it did not have many tables. The person who served us was very nice but I thought he was a little over friendly. we were 3 of us, my friend enjoyed the Steak he ordered and they were nice enough to make gnocci with customised sauces for me. food was good but the best part I enjoyed was sitting outside in the open looking at people all around. I wish it was wheelchair friendly as I am sure it was a beautiful restaurant inside. We did not have a dessert because just close to it was famous brunetti Cafe and wanted to visit that...
