Most Unfriendly and unprofessional customer service attitude by the male staff member of the shop ever in Dandenong.

A sweaty Saturday afternoon/evening I I thought I should get a good dinner for 10 people and thinking that maybe they are really good. As I entered the shop which was empty I was looking for the options on the menu signage (Red board inside the shop) and a very courteous female server approached me for my order, which I told that her that need some time as I wanted to order for a group of people, to which she responded very well. I asked her a couple of questions regarding their grilled chicken section (which I was after but it is quiet confusing) though she tried to answer them but it couldn't clear my confusion.

Then I thought let me ask the male server who was cutting and taking cash (RUDEST GUY EVER) he asked out rudely that why it's taking so long in a sarcastic manner and I told him about my confuiacn about the entire thing...To my shock he asked me to leave from the restaurant with swearing in his native language (which is not only unprofessional but also mannerless).

This entire incident made me question my choice and I felt dissapdisapp that it's so in-humane the way I was treated and whether this kind of guy is allowed to serve people...

In my opinion, I would rather give a negative rating as this can happen with anyone and personally I feel so humiliated. So absolutely not worth spending your hard earned...

After being a regular customer for five years, I can confidently say this is more than just my favorite restaurant; it is a cornerstone of our community. The food is consistently exceptional, of course. I especially love their lamb cutlets, and the portions are always generous enough for a second meal!

The customer service is warm and casual, making me feel less like a customer and more like a guest having lunch at a friend's home. The owners and staff are like amazing, always greeting you with a smile and making you feel genuinely welcome and valued.

It is this unique combination of top-tier, delicious food and a warm, friendly atmosphere that has kept me coming back week after week for five years. This place is a true gem...

Today I went to had my dinner and I have ordered mixed kebab with rice was fabulous and very delicious. Such a good portion and I would say 2 persons could easily eat for one serve. Staffs are very gentle and helpful. Will come again and again for the tasty foods. Have to mentioned one thing was I noticed on the TV they’re running a cooking program which was a good vibe to watch and ear rather listening annoying musics which could found a large number of restaurants.
