Gulistan supermarket and halal meat (Under New Management) — Local services in Melbourne

Very disappointed with customer service, I recently moved out from a different place and I didn’t have any ideas about where I can get household goods, o been to Guistan supermarket and I told them I need a pressure cooker , and the owner of the shop recommended me a pressure cooker, which was $62 , and I bought it,I been home I tried to use it to cook food, what happened ,like cooker was just building a pressure but it was not realising it, I have to manually lift up the wiselt to realise the pressure, I took cooker back to the shop and tried to explained to the owner and his son , because cooker was under the worrenty for 1 years, and they tried to boiled the water and it does the same thing , like building a pressure but and relising , both of them son and father harassed me , “ oh you don’t know how to use it’s working “ I told them how I know my food is cook , like rice or another food will be cook in three whilste , they told me you should know , so basically I have to switch off my gas then realise the pressure then I have to check food is cooked,I thought I am the one I can’t understand and I ask another customer the same question like how pressure cooker works, they answer me it’s build the pressure and realise the pressure,but it was hard to explain then , both of son and and the father was so rude to me , they was just thinking I am a women can do anything, then I called my husband who was just sitting in the car, I called him may be you can explain then , they keep saying the same things , and he denied to change the pressure cooker , and challenge me you can go anywhere, disguisting how they treated me as a women . He said it was just $60 , and he harassed me tht way also , his mean was $60 is nothing and I am just want my money back , I just wanted to replace because it was a faulty piece , they told me oh they selling them a lots,so there is no chance to be fauity , so please if you going to their shop be mind full what you buying,I won’t recommend this...

I came today to buy a packet of biscuits which cost $2.00 and surcharge was applied of $0.50. I commented how it’s expensive but the guy who was behind register (John), not sure if I’ve got right name, removed biscuits from me and was very rude. I asked him if i can buy biscuits and he said: you can’t as you don’t want to pay extra $0.50( which I didn’t say), he assumed it. All Drinks incorrectly price tagged and at the counter when paying its scanned doubled priced. I asked the price is wrong and was told "maybe it's shifted to wrong place" Went back double checked and price tag was strong sticky taped. After all this was told to buy or leave. .
