KFC Crown Casino Melbourne — Restaurant in Melbourne

last night it was quite busy in the restaurant. this kfc branch is located in a food court alongside subway and maccas. the restaurant dining area was quite packed with many families and tables taken and bins full to their brink, i had noticed that there was less team members at this store compared to my local where one girl was serving and two girls packing- occasionally the girl from the burger area came to the front and a packing girl went to serve. i do believe last night this branch was understaffed as when i was there earlier (around 330pm) for a popcorn go bucket and then again (around 850pm) where it was the similar handful of girls where a blonde girl with a button up (assuming it’s her manager) asked the girl serving if she could stay back until 10.30pm. this girl served me and my friend a mixed feast and informed us that it will be a 20-30 minute wait because they didn’t have any more in the back warmer and that it takes 20 minutes to cook the chicken itself which was entirely fine because we had already snacked prior. (this was an issue to many other customers who didn’t want to wait for chicken but wanted their food fresh- confusing right?) when i asked for a zinger twister with no tomato i had been informed by the kind server that the recipe had been changed a few months ago to this coleslaw filling and that it’s permanent and she offered to remove the coleslaw out of the twister and put lettuce instead which was great on her behalf to offer a solution to me as i haven’t had kfc for a while. we ordered a few other things and asked if we could have parts of our meal first to which she said it would confuse the packers but she said we could put the twister and the zinger box in a separate order to the mixed feast so that it we could eat while we wait for the other half- we of course took her solution she seemed to know what she was doing when helping us out. overall the service was 5/5, dining area cleanliness was 3/5 (heaps of family mess for easter) and food was 4/5 (my chips were a little plain, the twister was awesome and the chicken was a little greasy than i’m used to) big thank you to our server talia (i hope to visit again sometime) she deserves some praise assisting us in as many ways...

They call it fast food !! Best place in the city CROWN 👑 but I had to wait 25 minutes for my order.. orders were not given according to numbers.. 20 numbers a head of me gets there food, oh guys where is my food?? Or sorry we will do it now.. food gets given but the order is wrong.. they take it back and take another 10 minutes to prepare my food. Food comes back and one meal is fine the other meals dint even have enough chicken in them, not enough sauces in them. Yet they had over 6 staff members working..

Guys can u please and i mean please serve customers according to there numbers and please read the receipt for the orders so u get the order right.. the reason we all have numbers are to make sure everyone gets served fairly. According to the numbers.. and please follow the receipts.. don't assume that every order is standard because some of us like them changed, and we also pay for them to be changed.

Hopefully next time I visit, you guys would be better at your service.. very disappointed given that some of us drop in to get fast food because we don't have an alternative because of our work commitments.

Follow the numbers in order and prepare food according to the receipts, please...

I've always heard crown has some of the best food in Melbourne,, but I hardly expected it to be at kfc. This KFC is absolutely the most amazing KFC I have ever been to in my life. Perhaps it is because every time I have been here I have been blind drunk, perhaps it's because it actually is the best KFC in the world. But this KFC and I have had the greatest memories.

I always seem to end up here super late at night/early in the morning, completely smashed. The staff are always friendly and fast, the food is always great, the seating is so comfortable and inviting. It's amazing.

Whenever I come to this KFC, I always end up spending double what I normally would at KFC. Because I know it will be a while before I recover from all the money just spent on the casino + alcohol, and therefore, a while until I will be back.

Sometimes I come here from uni. Passing two other kfcs on the way, just to get to this beautiful establishment and it's well worth the trip.
