It is the first time I have been to this restaurant and I am never coming back. We are a party of five and we are sent to a tiny table. No staff comes to serve us at all. We put the first order in and guess what? Our order came after one hour, after two times chasing the staff. The food is really ordinary and nothing really I can recommend. Staff attitude seems to be apologetic but nothing happened, still no food from the second order came on the table. We are now almost 2 hours in. All the other tables that had customers are left dirty and no one bothered cleaning up. It is not cheap right, $52 per head. What is ridiculous is that there is a note on the table saying if you are not happy with the food in the first 30 mins, you can go without paying. First I thought they were brave making this statement and now I know why. There is nothing served in the first 30 mins, so no loss to the restaurant if customers leave within the first 30 mins. Ha. The only good thing about this experience is we have time to catch up with our friends, though no food to go...
Read moreCame here because the reviews praised the food and hospitality, and i was shocked that my experience was the opposite. Came in and ordered some skewers with fried rice. The skewers came on a plastic plate and by the time we ate 1 the rest were cold. There was also no one else at the restaurant but still staff was nowhere to be seen and tables still had dirty dishes on them. We finished our skewers and our fried rice had still not come, so two minutes after getting up to ask the waitress about it we received a sloppy, clumpy, ingredient-scarce plate of fried rice. Finally when i asked if i could use WeChat pay, the waitress laughed in my face before saying no. Very rude! 0/10 for a place that somehow has such...
Read moreThe food is not bad but I have definitely been to other BBQ places that are better. The major problem was the billing. The post outside the restaurant says it’s $10 per dish. When we got in, they assumed that we were doing the $52 all you can eat. I asked if we could just order a la carte. They then showed me a menu that says $2.5 per skewer, which looked really cheap. When I got the bill, it was 30% more than what I expected it to be and there were no details shown on the invoice to challenge them. I paid $70 at the end (which is not expensive) but I calculated it at home and if the prices on menu were correct, it should just be $46(including weekend surcharge). So the unclear pricing made me feel...
