I had no interest in giving review but the food so horrible so I had to go for it . So I went to that restaurant and ordered chotpoti and Morog pulao. After 10 min they served me the food. I started with chotpoti, it was so sour while tasting where I suppose to be mixed taste and I asked for extra spicy but there was no sign of spiciness in that chotpoti . For Chotpoti I would give 2/5 . Now let’s move into the most horrible part . I went for the morog pulao after Chotpoti . Good smell was coming from that but utill I taste it. In morog pulao there suppose to be thick gravy with the chicken meat but the meat was so dry. Most terrifying part was the rice. When i put that rice into my mouth soon i realised they have used old rice minimum 2-3 days old. Bad smell was coming from it. i would give 0/5 to that morog pulao. I am from Bangladesh and I know how a morog pulao really look and tastes like. So i would tell you think before going there to try Bangladeshi food. For More authentic Bangladeshi food you should Try "BANGLADESHI CUISINE " or "YOUR LIL COOK".

The place is very unhygienic, stinks badly and very poor quality. Today I went there to try there "kacchi Biriyani". I asked them again and again if their Kacchi Biriyani is fresh and they assured me that it was fresh. The reason behind asking was that they have a reputation if serving 3/4 days old food. And I found it so true because my Biriyani was not fresh at all and taste was disgusting. On top of that I found Human Haid right on my plate. When I showed them they started arguing saying it was goat hair whereas it was human hair. They took my food away and did not give any replacement but while taking payment they charged for the Biriyani I never ate!!!

Wow!! What a change!! What a chef they have now!! We went to Madhumati a few months ago. We ordered a Sorshe Ilish and never went back. It was bland, maybe a Burmese fish. Tasted awful. I have been craving for Sorshe Ilish and I thought I have no choice but to settle for the same one. This time what a turnaround! The flavour was authentic, cooked fresh, presented well and served with a smile. The portion was generous. I loved every bit of it. It was one of the best Sorshe Ilish I have ever had. Worth every cent! Keep up the great work. 5 stars all the way!!

LONG POST ALERTS KIDS FRIENDLYFAMILY FRIENDLY**♥️♥️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our recent visit to Madumoti restaurant was lovely! ♥️♥️♥️

It was our second time there, and just like before, we were thrilled by the experience. Even our pickiest eaters couldn't wait to go back, which says a lot about how delicious the food is.

This time, we had the pleasure of attending their ifter buffet, and I must say, both me and husband was astonished by the affordability of the spread, priced at just $18 per person. The efficiency with which they managed to serve such a wide array of traditional ifter items alongside dinner was truly commendable.

Amidst the hustle and bustle, the staff seamlessly presented a delightful ifter platter consisting of NINE items along with sorbot, and they even took the extra step of individually serving "muri-makha" as a complimentary treat.

The feast continued with traditional savoury halim, traditional milk tea, and a tantalizing beef biriyani. To cater to younger guests, they thoughtfully provided complimentary chicken fingers and fun "play-dough" activities to keep them happy.

The portion sizes were incredibly generous, ensuring no one left feeling unsatisfied. Dining at Madumoti felt more like attending a warm ifter gathering than merely visiting a restaurant.

Even hours later, I find myself in a contented food coma,a testament to their excellence.

Here's to hoping Madumoti continues to be blessed with...

Good taste and food! ( feedbacktwo years back)

( today’s feedback) ,! This restaurant used to be my favourite Bangladeshi restaurant , and I was excited to return after some time. I wouldn’t leave negative review to discourage, rather a constructive feedback to support my community so that you guys can improve in the future.

I ordered around $74 worth of food, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and sad, as most of it went to bin . Here’s some detailed feedback:

1.Lamb Bhuri – It tasted undercooked, as if it was only on the stove for a minute or two. The masala didn’t seem blended well, and it lacked flavour. It felt like it was just boiled quickly with onions or without proper seasoning.

2.Lamb Brain Curry – This seemed to be taken straight from the fridge. The brains were still hard to bite and didn’t feel properly cooked. The overall taste was very unpleasant.

Halim and Ruti – The Halim lacked any distinct flavour, and I had to stop after just a few spoonfuls. The ruti was only half eatable.

4.Paratha and Tea – These were the only highlights. The tea was well-made, and the paratha was nicely cooked.

I genuinely hope the owner takes this feedback positively. I want to keep coming, unless the quality improves, otherwise customers won’t come back.

It’s disappointing to see the quality drop this much. I really hope you’ll improve in the...

One of the worst restaurant, I have ever been in my entire life. Staffs are illiterate and can't even understand English. I don't know if they work there for free or what ? This restaurant should be shut down as soon as possible. This is a disgraceful restaurant I have ever been, or you can say a scam. Charged us extra money for nothing, when asked for explanation, they can't even talk in English. I don't know how this restaurant is running. This is a direct message to the owner, please have a look at your staff before you hire and tell them how to behave with customers. I was about to call police today for the scam they are doing with customers. I hope this restaurant close down soon. Very soon going to write a written complain to the police. Shittiest restaurant ever, I have been in my whole life. Such a crook staff all over. And to the owner please do not use the name of Bangladesh in your restaurant, because your restaurant is a disgrace, and don't ruin the name of your country. I will always suggest all, not to go to this restaurant ever. I have already told to all friends and family in Melbourne and throughout Australia, to never visit this restaurant, where they ask for bill before serving the food. I wish I could give 0 star here. Disgrace! Shame !!...
