That’s the general vibe when I go to this particular Maccas . Actually I’ve never had a problem with the person taking the order but from order to delivery something ALWAYS goes wrong . I’ve learnt to ask for fresh chips as they are always cold . They like to play games when you do this so ask for salt just in case they rob you . This particular day I decided the get a Chicken and Bacon Royal with Big Mac Sauce to replace the Mayo. They asked if I would like it in the burger to which I replied yes . This was reconfirmed during payment when I noticed the extra change for the replacement sauce . They starting charging for swapping burger sauce .. wow ! Get to the window. Don’t know how to describe this lady but she’s a bit of a beast and drops my order on the floor . Gets angry at me for seeing this and says the order is on the way like it never happened. 3 mins later burger arrives , sauce on the side , cold chips and unhappy me . I hand the chips back and said Ill drive back around and get my fresh chips - I come back around and also asked for a knife to spread the sauce that should be on my burger . Give me fresh hot chips and as I drive off I eat a couple and of course no salt! I drive back around and ask if they are messing with me to which beast replies “No why” I said do you normally put salt on chips ? She said “yes” ah so why have these got no salt ? Says she doesn’t know .. hmmm I ask for salt and leave...
Read moreWaited about 2 minutes to even be acknowledged at the front counter while there was 3-4 visible staff (including a manager) attending to drive thru orders avoiding turning their heads to have to serve me, mind you there was only 2 orders on the screen. Ordered 2 coffees, which took about 7 minutes to come out. 1 of the coffees was only about half full as there was so much froth, I then asked for it to be topped up properly which the girl happily did, but then when I got it for the second time there was still about 3cm of froth which is about triple what it meant to be. This is aside from the fact it was supposed to be a Chai latte, with a shot of coffee and extra flavoring but was made with NO chai powder / as a standard latte.
Was hoping to get a third time lucky by calling to speak to the manager for a reasonable resolution, after ringing 5 times straight allowing the phone to ring out each time, we finally got on the phone and he nonchalantly said “sorry about that, can you come back and we can make you a new one”. I expressed I was already short on time for work, and he didn’t bother taking any details down besides my first name despite me even offering my details properly so that it can properly be noted for other staff to honour the offer of a replacement for the next time I come in.

Read moreWent on drive thru to place an order and realised it would be easier to place the order online, so I proceeded to quickly place the order online. The whole process probably took me 2 minutes cause it was just 2 chicken mcspicy meals. The MIC who was taking the order at the time asked me twice to place an order to which I replied both times saying give me 2 minutes. The 3rd time I told her that I’m just finalising an online order when she yelled back at me saying “ you can’t sit there placing an order there’s people behind you, go back around” by this time the order was finalised and I already had a code. I tried telling it and they didn’t take it. I totally understand, I could’ve placed the order and then entered the drive thru, but her behaviour towards the whole situation is unacceptable. Being a restaurant manager myself I would seriously reprimand such behaviour. No paying customer should be yelled at the way I was yelled at. I kept my calm until I drove to the window and tried giving the staff member my code when she told him not to take it and enter it in the system. He just stood there. I blew it. I had to drive around to get my food only to have the bag thrown at me by her. I definitely want to be contacted with regards to this.
