It's a very grubby McDonald's restaurant. Tables are filthy with the food remnants of previous customers meals and they haven't been wiped down in what looks like a long time as there are many coffee or Coca cola stains smeared all over them. The floor is putrid with food scraps and McRubbish scattered throughout the premises. The milk for the coffee machine sits atop the bench next to the coffee machine, unrefrigerated and is another potential vector for contamination. There is a menacing security guard in the doorway of this McDonald's who glares at you when you enter the store that made me feel very uneasy. This must be a sign of the type of clientele that this McDonald's caters for, the dirty and uncouth. Needless to say that this McExperience was not very McGood. I won't be returning to this McDonald's in a hurry, I can tell you! Parking was absolutely atrocious as all the car spaces were filled up with differing types of limousines and fancy cars, the drivers waiting in their cars for their ride to arrive at the airport, using the McDonald's carpark so they don't have to pay for the airport car park. Parking signs abound around the carpark stating 'McDonald's customers only', voicing their rhetoric to the ignorant and those who are...

This store has completely failed to show basic decency and humanity!
We arrived at Melbourne Airport from overseas at 1 a.m., exhausted after a long journey, and still had a connecting flight to catch. My 16-year-old son was extremely hungry and went to this store, hoping to buy a meal to eat. Shockingly, the staff refused to serve him simply because he hadn’t driven there! My son is a teenager who has just obtained his learner’s permit and clearly doesn’t have the ability to drive—let alone after just stepping off a flight.
Despite his repeated and polite attempts to explain the situation, the staff coldly refused, citing warnings from their employer as an excuse for their lack of compassion.
This is not the we Australian do ! We do not turn their backs on people in genuine need. This kind of rigid, unkind, and heartless behavior has no place in our country. We pride ourselves on being compassionate and helpful, especially to those who need assistance. I urge this business to reconsider its practices and remember that in Australia, we value humanity over rules. Australians do not treat people...
Read moreI honestly have never in all my life had such a horrible McDonald's meal. I wish I could give less than one star. If I could give a minus I would. I feel sick after it. I had Cesar salad which had loads of iceberg lettuce, with chicken and bacon. No sign of parmasan cheese or Cesar dressing. I didn't finish it, the salad on the side was, instead of fries. It was a burger box with iceberg lettuce and 3 slices of tomato. Seriously people. Would this encourage anyone to eat a salad. The apple thing was over cooked is all I'll say I did eat half which I should not have done. And last but by no means least was the ,"Drink" it was supposed to be a coke smoothie, solid crushed ice that had a tinge of brown. I couldn't get it up the straw to taste it. I asked the manager if I could have more coke in it but he said it was meant to be like this. If I could give them 100% for anything it would be for their horrible food. Well done to yea I won't be getting a McDonald's again for a very long long time...
