A few months ago I was going through duty free. I was looking at the bluetooth headphones out of interest, even though I had a pair I enjoyed. A JB Hifi sales assistant named Binoy came up and showed me the new Sonos headphones and bluetoothed his phone to the headset so I could listen to some music. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes listening to the music and just astounded by the sound quality of the headset. I didn't buy them - but I did purchase them a month later. I wish I had purchased from Binoy. He was so thoughtful and went out of his way to give me a great experience and was very knowledgeable about all the latest bluetooth headphones.
