Well done Aimee and Kyle! We had a dreadful experience with Qantas with morning Darwin flight cancelled, and dumped on 8pm night flight with refusal.to.use the lounge on payment. Airport volunteer guided us to PR Hotel restaurant. Aimee welcomed us with her lovely smile and cheerful manner. Later Kyle was equally welcoming. Due to our Angus beef burger order being delayed by an hour, he apologized immediately and shouted us beers. Great customer service Kyle, you did exactly what was expected of you and made our day! Always enjoy dining here. Yes it’s exy. All hotels which live right on the tarmac are never cheap! We had Angela and Narjaaooking after us again. Great staff members friendly and good sorts! The oysters were as good as I’ve had anywhere. We had the lamb and steak. Both were cooked just fine however the meats lacked flavour. The garden salad was very fresh and crispy. Nice bottle of French Rose rounded off the evening. Unfortunately I did witness an unnecessary incident between two staff members at the bar which should have been elevated to a manager and certainly not for public...

The chips are crispy & the aioli is tasty & creamy. Fabulous & very quick. Considering the location the prices are better - similar as any restaurant.

A huge compliment to the bartender & staff Anthony, Kiani, Wassim & Dana who worked Monday night til late on May 16th. All very friendly & chatty when free. The cocktails mixed to perfection. Food fabulous.

Customer service like this anywhere is sadly hard to come by. True testament to these 4 for enjoying their job if I could I'd give them all a day...
