Just landed and was looking for a quick bite to eat. Saw a good $8 coffee and toastie deal. When I ordered the waiter got our order wrong charging us for two coffees and one toastie, coming to 12.50. I confirmed with him that that was for two orders. He said yes. As suspected he messed up the order. At this stage it was not a big deal whatsoever. He asked the barista/manager if she could help with the mistake and she responded with “well she’s just going to have to wait”. Again not an issue at this point. I then waited 10 minutes for her to finish what she was doing with out acknowledging that I was there. Once she was done she doesn’t apologise for the mistake and then rudely ask what did I want to order when I was explaining to her that you guys messed up the order and I wanted to pay the difference of the mistake. She then kept repeating what I wanted to order disregarding my situation. At this point she said I had to pay for the full price of my order. Long story long. Horrible service. Rude...
Read moreAbsolutely furious. We visited on Saturday before going on our flight. Food and service was all fine. We then ordered a baby chino for our toddler, it was brought to our table and we gave it to our 2 year old. He took 1 sip and screamed, the milk was scolding hot!! He was in so much pain. He was complaining of having a sore tongue for the entire next day.
To the owners: please teach your staff that a baby chino is made with cold or slightly warm milk.. Any trained barista knows this. This could have been much worse, you should consider yourselves lucky that I didn’t take it further. We should have checked the temp first, but never ever do baristas make baby chinos with hot milk. So I trusted that your staff were trained.
Please train them better. This...

As soon as it was delivered, the nice and inviting smell of the olive oil already got me interested. Once I dug in, the fresh mint leaves left a refreshing taste. When I squeezed a bit of lemon that came on the side, it gave it enough zest without being too sour. The egg I added to it also worked just fine.
All in all, just a pleasant surprise in an airport restaurant that made my travelling more enjoyable.
Next time I have time at this airport for breakfast, I...
