I appeared here at around 3:15am and attempted to order a large amount of food, however despite the already large amount of money that I was prepared to spend and the fact that McDonald's is a mega corporation which does not need to worry about money the assistant manager told me that I could not purchase a hamburger with a slice of cheese simply to save myself as a poorer middle-class man a few dollars instead of a cheeseburger and that no matter what I said he was going to put the order through as a cheeseburger thus costing me more money for no other reason other than to be difficult with me and attempt to assert psychological dominance over my person in an attempt to induce me to anger at a time where I just lost my Mother as she passed away not less than one week ago and I was attempting to Honour her Spirit by ordering from and eating at her local McDonald's where she used to spend many nights while she was alive.
When I told this particular assistant manager that over 95% of other McDonald's staff have no problems in putting through such orders like a hamburger with cheese as I requested because I had done it multiple times before and asked him why he was acting in such a greedy, selfish and anti-Human manner, he simply said that it was his store and that this was the way things were going to be because he sets down the rules.
This particular assistant manager then went on an angry and unhinged tirade where he accused me of calling him a jew, refused to serve me and then stated that I was on private property and so asked me to leave the store. The manager of this store, a short blonde-haired male named 'cameron' instantly sided with his assistant manager's disgustingly greedy, selfish, control-freak behaviours and reaffirmed that I needed to leave the store.
I have the entire interaction between this assistant manager and the manager 'cameron' on voice recording for anyone who wishes to witness for themselves how disturbingly anti-Human in their relentless pursuit of capital some individuals working within the McDonald's system have become.
This franchise needs to be stripped of it's current management and replaced by decent people as opposed to individuals like the current assistant manager and the current manager 'cameron' because they bring the McDonald's brand name into disrepute via their...

Paid 52 dollars and ordered 2 muffins meals and 2 big muffins meals (with 4 burgers included), total should be 6 muffins but only serving 4, when checking with the store manager, he offered one single muffin and said “your order did not go through, so you did not paid for it but I am offering you another one for free!”
I checked the payment record and told him I have paid for all, the staff did not count the meal correctly and blame it onto the system!?
Plus the coffee and hash browns in the meals I ordered were there in the bag, how comes “the system did not pick it correctly?” When I arrived home, counting and sharing the meal with family, there was again only just 5 muffins!
So have to drive back to the store, talked to this store manager who called Bradley, he did not show the right attitude at thhe beginning, and only tried to just provide me another muffin to me to let it go.
Excuse me, this is not a matter with one muffin! I don’t need to drive the way back to you to make the complaint for getting one muffin! You said that this was the first time but obviously this was not! It happened to me before and it happened not just to me!
I want to raise this issue up so please do something and don’t let the customers have the same feeling and disappointment like what I have right now!
I feel horrible on a such a beautiful public holiday morning to have this argument with your store and it really ruined my day!

Read moreWe placed an online order around 2:40am and drive all the way to this Macca. We were informed that their system is down for upgrade and won’t be taking any orders for 35 min. Why would customers be able to place online order when your system is down? We wouldn’t need to drive there if that’s the case.
When we asked the manager what should we do, and he said “We can do nothing and you better go to other McDonald’s, if we give you your order, means we are giving you free food.” We were offered no help or explanation. He sounds like we are begging for “free food”. I don’t know how this guy can be chosen to be a supervisor of a shift if he pushes customers away and giving this kind of attitude.
