Dreaming of Delectable Seafood at @captainandcofishbar Still savoring the memory of the meal we had at @captainandcofishbar. Their seafood is absolutely delectable, and here's a glimpse of what we enjoyed:

Featured Dishes: Oysters: Big, fresh, and perfect with just a squeeze of lemon and a dash of Tabasco. Grilled Tuna: Cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. Fish & Chips: Classic, crispy, and satisfying. Dim Sim Mix: A delightful assortment of dim sum. Grilled Fish with Zucchini & Tomato Baked in Butter Sauce: Fresh fish paired with perfectly cooked veggies. Mixed Grill Special: A seafood lover's dream with calamari, prawns, scallops, and squid legs in butter and herbs, served with BBQ corn. Grilled Fish Rice, Bok Choy, Lemongrass & Ginger: A fragrant and delicious combination. Everything was incredibly fresh. The oysters were big and plump, needing only a touch of lemon and Tabasco to enhance their natural flavor. The scallops were impressively large, with perfect caramelization and searing that was truly chef's kiss. If you're a seafood lover, the mixed grill is a must-try, offering a bit of everything and showcasing their top-class, fresh seafood sourced daily from the market.

@captainandcofishbar is the best seafood restaurant around, and you really need to try it...

When I came to Australia, my Aussie mates were telling me to try fish n chips as Australia is known for good fish n chips. I tried 8-9 shops ending up believing Australians don't know how to cook fish. Disappointed I was with my every try until captain and co. They were 5 to 10 minutes late on delivering. But man, it was so fresh and cooked good, especially the flavour, Oh I could wait easily for this fresh foodand not complaint. I went to the shop to convey my appreciation and I was amazed by the clenniness of that small shop. I waited 15 minutes to see the manager but seeing how busy they are, I thought will put a comment in here for them.( Actually i have post the same comment on Facebook too, lazy to type again) If you guys see my comments, I want to tell you thanks for providing me good clean food. There is a fish n chips shop I found on my way to 12 apostles in Apollo Bay which cooks good fish second to captain and co ( I can't remember the shop name). Thats the two place in and near Melbourne to get good fish. Every time I come to Melbourne and want to eat good fish I would definitely go to Brighton captain co. This is where the KFC's tag line feel finger licking goooood really...

Brightons highest quality seafood is an absolute devine quality service.

It is so refreshing to know that such excellent standards are available for any fresh seafood to cook at home, or enjoy it being cooked by their superb Cook, extraordinaire, who is an absolute delight and so service driven with a positive can do attitude which makes the day end on a high note.

And Jason the owner is always welcoming and offers exemplarly service to their clients with a broad selection of delicious salads and a new menu about to arrive with Chowder soup for winter and other yummie warming foods which will make anyones day or night a brighter one. Amazing initiatives and so much needed for the new menu so we can become even more healthy and enjoy a wonderful meal after a hard days work or caring for our families.
