Rustica Rialto Towers — Restaurant in Melbourne

I had brunch. The food was delicious, however, I got food poisoning. I was seated inside the cafe and was watching how the staff are working. I wouldn't say the staff are friendly. As I felt intimidated by two staff when I went in. The staff don't use any gloves and touch all the condiments/garnish by bear hand. The staff who was doing the final touch was eating and drinking behind the counter while preparing the dishes. Omg!!! This is not food safe. All staff was having a good time, joking was using foul language and didn't really care whether the patrons would get offended by their choice of words. I wouldn't recommend...

Super quick service but the soy latte was terrible, the napkin was thrown on my table, no one really looked at me until I was about to leave with my coffee left half drunk and I got a smile from the barista in the end because the rush had died down. I also witnessed a businessman walk back in with his receipt to enquire about his order he’d been waiting quite a while for and he wasn’t apologised to until after the order was checked. I’m sure the staff members are really appreciative of the complimentary meal they receive for their break but I’m not sure everyone enjoys...

First of all, I came here because of the fancy google photos of the food. However, apparently, it has changed hands and those fancy food is no longer available...so dont be misled by the photos. I went at normal lunch time last week with friends. After we placed our orders, and then later, we were told that one order wasn't available, we changed to another dish; then a few moments later, we were told that another order wasn't available...not to mention that even before we ordered, we were told that half of the sandwiches on the menu were not...
