Hi, so I ordered my coffees for the first time on 29/01/23, 9:15am and bought two coffees. The service we received from the male was great. Normal. But when we received our coffees, the coffee cup were tiny! We ordered a small and did not know our small takeaway cups would be mini lol. It was smaller than the average size. We paid beyond average for a small takeaway cups. What is this, Dubai? No it’s Melbourne. The cost of this small cup should be less than the value price and I could get my small coffee larger than this, at the cost of $4 in Fairfield, northcote, etc. anyways, our coffees turned out to be cold. Not even hot to the point where it burnt my tongue. Yuck. I let the female barrister know of the small cup with a laugh and she was rude in a way where she gave me a direct no filter response and said “that’s the size of a latte cup. I can show you.” I was confused by her answer and questioned her and she said “I’ll pour it in a cup to show you” rudely! Not going back again. There's one staff member (I believe he works there most days) who is consistently rude and unprofessional. On my recent visit I waited to pay, and the payment didn't show on the EFTPOS machine. When I asked about it, he snapped at me, saying, "You're always in a hurry, you should wait a few minutes." I understand being busy, but I'm on a timed break — I can't afford to wait around with no explanation. What's worse, he often ignores my order while chatting with other customers, usually older ones, and makes excuses instead of apologizing. It honestly feels like he's either playing favorites or doesn't understand what respectful customer service looks like. This isn't the first time either! Read moreThis is not for shop, this is for stall which is located inside of the shopping centre. The barista there doesn’t have skill/knowledge to make coffees. Firstly, he didn’t rinsed the jugs before making coffees, I also worked as a barista.just to letting you know, if you put cold milk again and again in a jug without rinsing it the milk taste like it’s burnt. Secondly, if anyone order other milk such as milk lab almond, soy or lac free you should at least rinse the jug in that but I saw that barista pouring it in the same jug every milk. If anything will gonna happen to anyone you or that franchise owner will be the responsible for that. I wish some one from council would love to see this and will tell you to purge the nozzle as well after doing the milk. Go get yourself...
