Terrible Experience: Discrimination and Rudeness - a shameful behavior!!! I recently had a deeply upsetting experience at this unqualified place, that I feel compelled to share. My family and I went there for a casual meal, looking forward to a nice breackfast out. However, what unfolded was nothing short of disgraceful. We were enjoying our time when our 12-month-old child started to giggle and laugh. Instead of a warm response from the staff, we were met with outright hostility. A member of the staff approached us with a rude demeanor, demanding that we leave the restaurant because our child was being "too noisy." I was taken aback, especially since I am currently pregnant and expected a little understanding and kindness from the staff. To be treated this way in a public space was shocking. Children are part of the dining experience, and a little laughter should never be reason for exclusion. The rudeness we encountered was completely unjustifiable and left us feeling humiliated. I never imagined that I would face such discrimination in a family-friendly environment. I would advise anyone considering a visit this “zoo” to reconsider. There are many establishments that embrace families and treat all guests with respect and kindness. Sadly, this is not one of them. My family and I will never return, and I hope others can avoid the same distressing experience we faced. !!!!

Firstly, I've been here many times now because its easy to stop with the dogs after being at Peanut Farm Reserve. Service is always terrible. They either don't notice you sitting there, clear tables around you, drop food off but don't acknowledge you're a new table. Menu drop off sometimes without asking if you want a coffee. Finally ordered coffee today, she said we don't have cream - (i have pouring cream in my long black) Yes you do i state as i get that here almost daily - but she almost wanted to dispute this. Then they take forever to come back and see if you want food. Today i decided to order against better judgement. But i thought something simple can't go wrong. Avocado, feta, pesto, poached eggs (the menu has plural egg"s") Comes out, 1 piece toast, so much pesto over one section i had to scrape it off to be edible. Feta in huge chunks, just too much of it. Oh and only 1 poached egg 🤔 See photo below, most certainly not worth $16. The presentation isn't even appealing. So disappointing. My recommendatiom, grab a take away coffee here and that's it. Coffee is good.

The one star review from the people that had a business meeting and spent $84… you two old women were incredibly condescending, rude and entitled. You argued with wait staff and had not ordered anything in 30 minutes. All of us patrons had to listen to your annoying repetitive conversation about “what’s ur galleries purpose”. You were politely asked to vacate ur table 4 times. Beyond me why you would stay and argue and ask for “the restaurant protocol” it’s a Sunday … it’s a hospitality business … you eat and have coffee and leave … nobody Owes you anything for $84… entitled snobs. Trying to get me to side with you after your embarrassing rant… please be more humble. Staff handled it gracefully and most importantly amazing coffee and food x hospo staff work hard and don’t deserve to be spoken to like that , sending love

Sorsi e Morsi is a delightful Italian restaurant that offers a memorable dining experience in the heart of the city. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance, which sets the stage for a wonderful culinary journey.

The first thing that stands out about Sorsi e Morsi is the attentive and friendly staff. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about the menu and offers excellent recommendations, making you feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Their professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for the cuisine contribute to the overall positive dining experience.

The menu at Sorsi e Morsi is an authentic celebration of Italian flavors. It offers a wide variety of traditional Italian dishes, ranging from antipasti and handmade pasta to mouthwatering meat and fish entrées. One of the standout dishes is the classic Spaghetti Carbonara, which is cooked to perfection, with the right balance of creaminess and savory flavors. The quality of the ingredients used in each dish is evident, and the presentation is both elegant and appetizing.

In addition to the delectable food, Sorsi e Morsi boasts an impressive selection of wines. The wine list features a range of Italian wines, carefully curated to complement the flavors of the dishes. The sommelier is knowledgeable and ready to guide you through the choices, ensuring that you find the perfect pairing for your meal.

The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and intimate, making it an excellent choice for a romantic evening or a gathering with friends and family. The décor is rustic yet sophisticated, with soft lighting that adds to the warm and welcoming ambiance. The seating arrangement provides a sense of privacy, allowing you to enjoy your meal without feeling crowded.

The only area where Sorsi e Morsi falls slightly short is in its pricing. While the quality of the food and service justifies the cost, it may be on the higher end for some diners, particularly for those on a tighter budget. However, considering the overall dining experience and the attention to detail, it is a worthwhile splurge for a special occasion.

In conclusion, Sorsi e Morsi is a gem of an Italian restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience. With its attentive service, mouthwatering dishes, and cozy atmosphere, it's a place that will leave you satisfied and longing to return. Whether you're a fan of Italian cuisine or simply appreciate fine dining, Sorsi e Morsi is a restaurant that should...

We arrived very early on Friday evening, at 5:30pm for a dinner as our daughter had just finished a week of work experience and we wanted to congratulate her. So, I booked a table early as she finished work at 5pm. We were obviously the first to arrive and a family. The restaurant was empty and we were sat at the table right beside the entrance. It was a cold night so we asked if we could get another table away from the door. We were told that was not possible as all the tables were booked out. The person responsible was quite abrupt and did not even consider our request. Although I thought that was strange as their booking site said tables were only booked for 1.5 hour, I sat down and prepared to order. We had 2 menus for a table of 4 - I went looking to get more menus - there were 4 staff I could see floating around but I could not get more menus - despite standing up and trying to get someones attention.. By this stage my husband - nornally a warm person, said he was cold and did not want to sit in a cold pace. We left. We went to another restaurant. After finishing our meal in the other restaurant, we walked back to our parking spot near this restaurant and saw vacant tables - why were we not seated as requested? And why were the staff were so rude about it? Not sure about the food at all - but if the staff are treated like the patrons - would not want...
