I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from a male on the 13th of December at 6pm. I am not sure who was working at the time but I called to change my booking at 6:30 from 7 to 8 people. This was two weeks prior to my booking as well and so I thought I would have the courtesy to call and let the team know. The individual that was on call at the time was very rude and kept on sighing at every comment that I made. He advised me that it might be an extra cost for eight people and I was fine with it. This is when he hung up without any notice. This shocked me as I thought this was a professional restaurant. However continued to sigh and his tone was extremely demeaning and rude. I am very disappointed that I cannot try here because of his lack in interpersonal skills and customer service. I am not sure if he had a bad day but I advise him as a current restaurant owner that staff should leave their problems at home. The food was amazing: I had the fish of the day (salmon), and it was cooked to perfection; crispy skin and juicy in the inside, and was well seasoned. The side of mashed potatoes was great too. Not to mention the service was fantastic. Katt, our waitress, was a dream; she was friendly and attentive, and would come over ever so often to ask how we were doing. Made our night to be honest.
The decor is interesting (in the good way), and I have heard the cocktails are supposed to be really good, and would definitely try them next time. Plus, this restaurant is right next to the tram stop.
5 out of 5. Would definitely come...
