Having eaten across all over Melbourne. We have to agree with the other reviewers… Leo prepares the best japanese fare (as good as authentic with extra zest) you can find across the entire bayside area from cbd to Mornington. 🙏 will be back again for sure! Definitely for takeaway and if we have time like today, for dine in. We were lucky to sit and dine today. Beach nearby if needed. And most importantly, catering for all groups is possible. Not sure where to start with little gem, but do yourselves a favour if you want some top quality food that will leave you satisfied and not feeling like you’ve eaten a kilo of sodium and msg.

Ok. So Leo the owner is an absolute gentleman! He has that typical South American happiness and friendliness about him. I must have walked past this place a thousand times before eating here and he is ALWAYS smiling!

The food: it is beyond delicious 🤤 and honestly, the freshest salmon I’ve tasted in a while. It’s not drenched is sauce to cover up the poor quality like most places these days. There’s an interesting Brazilian twist to your usual Japanese flavours, almost like Hawaiian take on Japanese food. It’s fresh, delicious and unique! My new go to in bayside.

The pictures don’t lie people, they are insanely delicious & are as tasty as they look. I’ve never eaten sushi this way before. Now that I have I don’t think I will be settling for any other.

The flavours & presentation were on point. Service was fantastic & so friendly aswell, we ordered the Kingfish & Salmon Sashimi, the Salmon Joh Roll, The deep fried Sushi (Salmon) omg it was all out of this world best sushi & sashimi I’ve ever had!
