as a vietnamese, it hurts me to see the staff here mince the pork belly to put in the bánh mì. even the meat there is not evenly fat and lean and the meat is very dry. the bread spread is not the right type for vietnamese bánh mì which its just normal butter. the pickles only have carrots and it is not carrots with sour papaya. the bánh mì filling is divided into 2 parts which is the pickles and the meat and its making the texture uneven, not able to blend together. this is like a defective bánh mì and I don't think it deserves a place in preston market. if you are in preston and want to eat a good bánh mì (I MEAN A REAL BÁNH MÌ), I recommend you go to tina's bakery, I promise I am not a tina's bakery person, I just think it is unfair that the rating of a terrible bakery like this is rated higher than a small bakery not in the market but the quality is much higher than T's. And yes, DEAR T's Vietnamese Non Classic! I could only eat (not even) half of your banhmi in taste torture and throw it straight in the trash,...
Read moreI recently dined at a Vietnamese restaurant that left me utterly impressed. The food was not only exceptional but also surprisingly affordable. From the moment I took my first bite, I was transported to the streets of Hanoi. The flavors were authentic, the ingredients fresh, and the dishes impeccably prepared.I started with the fresh spring rolls, which were bursting with herbs and accompanied by a delectable dipping sauce. The pho, a classic Vietnamese noodle soup, was a symphony of flavors with a rich, aromatic broth and tender slices of beef. For those seeking a little spice, the bun cha was a spicy delight that left my taste buds dancing. The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Vietnamese cuisine or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is a must-visit. The combination of outstanding food and budget-friendly prices makes it a gem that deserves to be celebrated. I can't wait to return for more of their...
