The Burrito Man — Restaurant in Melbourne

Absolutely pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. The guy/manager/owner have no manners at all. Does not know how to talk to customers/women and on top of all showing hand gestures which were abosolutely terrible! I went there for lunch and first of all while I was waiting for fries he did not have audacity to check why I was waiting instead he showed me a hand gesture to stop when I thought he was approaching me to hand over my meal. Secondly, he had been advertising for a meal deal which included what we had ordered but he didnt mention us about the deal and charged us the full price, when we enquired about the timings of the deal he said he can start and finish anytime he will decide when the deal starts and end. The way he responded was absolutely terrible( he was constantly raising his voice and hands towards us) he did not wish to talk and asked us to move aside. Is this the way to treat your customers? First misleading advertisement and then poor customer service. The food was pretty average too for the price it was charged. The incident was reported to the spencer street outlet management who were really professional in their conduct and agreed to take appropriate actions and we are also in the process of reporting it to ACCC for false and misleading advertisement.Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone for the way this guy treats customer and its staff(saw him talking rudely to staff aswell) and will rate this business a big ZERO! We have experienced the worst customer service ever. The owner is very arrogant, rude and a lier. There was a lunch deal going with their burnito bowl. Instead of suggesting us that deal they chose to charge us extra money. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the owner totaly avoided talking us and asked us rudely to move aside as he is serving other customers. He said he can start and end deals at any time. I told him this is false advertising as we just paid him literally 4 minutes back and there is no time mentioned. Instead of a simple apology, he then argued that its our mistake and we should have asked for the deal. When we told him abt his attitude and patathtic service, he got scared to tell his name or provide his contact details.

We reported the insident to Spencer Street Shopping Center; after all this establishment represents the best interests of the shopping complex and fellow retail businesses. Comments were recieved that this establishment has had other negative reviews. I cannot confirm these statements are accurate but merely share my experience being closely related.

This public announcement should not be taken light hearted ad I don't want the general public to be left feeling how I and my friend were left that day.

I will never recommend anyone to go to this place where the owner himself misbehaves...

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING have been coming to this store for years and nothing has changed Still amazing service amazing quality amazing freshness and the flavours extraordinary. This man knows his flavours and literally I travel 30 mins by train for a burrito bowl from this man. Nothing beats it . One of the best burrito bowls iv ever had .

Only one down fall that needs to be addressed you need a larger size (not that the portion isn't big enough) It's just the flavours linger and could literally eat another after the first is finished .

The taste and flavours take you right back to Mexico. Amazing very underated and makes me sad when I walk in and commercial companies like schnitz and rolled and soul origin have lines out the door and this humble talented man with a small family ran business has no business yet has the freshest highest quality ingredients available out of them out of the whole food court. Give this man a go you won't regret it
