Updated review - revisited in July 2025: Ok, I've treated myself to breakfast AND dinner this month to check out the menu improvements. I was pleasantly surprised to see the breakfast burger was not oily, it was full of flavour and fresh, I just love how they cook it upon ordering and it's quick too! Most places around here have everything pre-done and just toast it when you order... I also got a free coffee which was an awesome and welcomed surprise!

For dinner I tried the LUST burger, it was really delicious, the dill in the mayo and the crispy southern fried chicken and fresh coleslaw was so good! The chips have a lemony tang and are fresh and crispy too! There's a few deals to take advantage of- Tuesdays you can get a single stack burger for $9.99, add $7 and get a side and 300ml drink Totally worth it!

The staff even filled me in on the app, which was cool too! Keep up the awesome work 👍🏽

Previous review: New store at Southern Cross Station which means new staff being trained at the counter, smiles all round from the trainee. I ordered a cappuccino and a beef bacon and egg roll and hash brown. (They use halal beef rashers)

I found the beef and egg to be quite oily/greasy, maybe the grill had too much oil idk the hash brown was oily too, not drained or something ... But it was presented well and the formula is there for success!

Coffee tasted great! Must be using the good stuff 😉

I want to share a traumatised experience while dining there. This was happened to my husband and daughter (I was overseas, he told me). While they’re eating on Friday 5/9/25 around 11.30-12 noon, this woman (dark skin) came and yelled with abusive racist words towards them. Then ordered the food and while waiting, she continues to yell racist words. Yes, we are mixed race (Asian/European). The staff should aware as it was pretty loud. My husband and daughter didn’t want make things worse decided to leave. They haven’t finished their meal. What surprise me, your staff didn’t do anything! And choose to continue serve this lunatic woman. This kind of act only showing that they’re agree with that kind of behaviours. It’s OK that the incident happened in your restaurant and continue the day, business as usual. We will NEVER EVER again ordering from you. I hope that the owner on this place takes a very serious action towards their staff who pretend nothing happens and continue serving. Bullying is NEVER OK, abusive act...

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Samjhana for the incredible burger she made yesterday at Burgertory! From the first bite, I was blown away by the flavors and the attention to detail. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned just right. The toppings were fresh and complemented the burger beautifully, creating a perfect balance of taste. What really stood out to me was the care and passion Samjhana puts into her work. You can really tell that she loves what she does, and it shines through in the quality of the food.
