Over a year ago when we visited, we were greatly disappointed at the steep decline in quality. Upon seeing my review, the manager, Dylan, reached out to me and invited us back so we could give them another chance. I am so glad he did; not only did the restaurant take our feedback on board, but they also exceeded our previous expectations – it has become even higher quality than when we last visited. I ordered three entrees instead of a main, as I was wanting to create my own 'degustation' menu: Fried Arrow Squid, Fried Chicken Tenders, and Grilled Halloumi. The squid was impeccable. Delicate; crispy; tender; perfectly seasoned. The chicken tenders were crunchy, yet juicy – it didn't even need the dipping sauce. The poached pear and honey adorning the halloumi made for a unique flavour profile (I would have loved more on it!). Out of them all, the squid was my absolute favourite. I tried my brother's Wagyu Beef Tartare, and Rump Steak; they were utterly perfect. I will definitely be ordering them next time. For drinks, I got the Whiskey Sour and Sloe Gin Sour – both stunning and very carefully made with complex flavours. Each of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The manager on duty, Andy, was so lovely. I will definitely be returning!

Abseloutly not worth your money. 75 dollars for bottomless brunch for 2 hours. You have unlimted order from cocktails and 1 food plus the show. The show started around 12:40. The cocktails was tasteless and almost hand 0% alcohol and limited maybe 4 options? I ordered one and hate the taste and askes for beer. One of the staff a bit rudly asked me to finish that one first and she can't bring a new order if I still have another one in my glass 🥲 and left our table. So what should I do if I have only 4 options and don't like any of them and got cgared 75 dollar for this? Anyway, food menu qas also very limited, ordered 2 potato hash and breaky roll and a steak sanga. Steak sanga was aweful. A boiled steak (piece of meat to be exact) probabaly souse vide without any crust, so it taste like boiled meat. They chared the bun instead, which is so bad guys. Grill marks are for presenation only and taste bitter, even not good on steak you need crust on it not grill mark. Grill mark on thinly sliced bun makes it super bitter. Whywould you do that? Anyway hashbron was also not good just mashed potato with no salt and taste. Brekky roll was the most acceptibale one. The show: It started on 12:45. And only had 3 shows, for 2 hours and only see the drag queens cross our table very fast and that's it. Bruh, this is not a show. I am not saying they should dance all the time and it is very phicycally demanding but other times they should maybe tell a joke, or doing something rather than leaving audience. Very disappointed.

If you are looking for a premium dining experience with amazing service come down for dinner at The Smith. -- Me and my family were there for dinner tonight (Friday) and it was a fantastic to be in with the bustle of other patrons enjoying their night. We were seated near the bar with the foliage practically hugging us as we waited for our delicious meals. The bar prepared some of the best cocktails I have tried. Throughout the night, I ordered the Old Fashioned ($22) and a Charlie Chaplin ($22) which were both perfectly balanced. The first item to arrive was the Wagyu Beef Tartare ($18.00) entree which was very creamy, mature, and deep flavoured. The 400g Rump ($48.00) main soon arrived accompanied by a healthy helping of crispy chips with a cos lettuce salad. The rump was evenly cooked to medium rare with very delicate juices oozing out with each bite. The cheery staff ensured we got our food quickly and attentively circled back to our table to make sure we were well looked after. Our memorable visit to The Smith has placed it onto our favourite list and we will certainly be back! Our compliments to the chef!

My Fantastic New Favourite. From the moment we were greeted and shown to our seats to the friendly waiting staff - the welcome and warmth was unforgettable. It was impossible to believe so much talent could be in the one place. I ordered the squid entree. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The squid was tender and the coating was not oily. The slight tangy taste made it delightful to eat. I added a squeeze lemon juice and dipped in the beautifully seasoned sauce. The main (the Rump) took the limelight. It was perfectly cooked to impeccable precision exactly the way I described. It truly could easily be their signature dish. It's was so large I couldn't finish it. The meat was so tender and had a wonderful chargrilled taste the seasoning was just right allowing the delicate meaty flavours to shine Along side, this beautiful meal I ordered the peach pisco sour which has now become my new favourite. Fantastic, friendly staff, outstanding first class food and a beautiful memorable venue. Thank you for a great night out The Smith team.

Walking in, I was blown away by this place. This place looks like a jungle. You're surrounded by plants and birds. It's so cool. There are some amazing cocktails to try, both by the glass or by the pitcher. There's watermelon martinis, vodka infused raspberry lemonade, passionfruit caprioska, and mango pitchers w grey goose vodka. Foodwise, they have burgers, parmas, and a whole lot more. If you want somewhere fun to visit to impress your friends or yourself lol, this is the place. Cheers 🍹 #invite
