Been meaning to try this café as there are often a queue outside. Glad that we did! Ordered a medium cappuccino and hot chocolate. Cute latte art. We liked the quantity of milk vs coffee as some places packed their coffee with milk when we order a size up. A+++++ for service. They were friendly and welcoming, attention to details TOP NOTCH. Barista asked if the Hot Chocolate was for the bub and made it less hot for him. The sun was shining into our table, a staff came up to us do inquire if we would like the blinds to be dropped down. This is a bit of a weird one. Been going here every other day since about 3-4 months. Delicious food and fantastic customer service but they need to work out a way to deal with heavy flow of customers. There’s only one entry and exit. Often people just stand there after ordering with zero concern about the other waiting in line. Not entirely the cafes fault but customers should also understand that they have to wait for their food outside after ordering so that they don’t block the way. Would be nice to see a different entry and exit to manage customer flow...

The person taking the order is so rude, no greetings which in itself is fine I guess but she just stares at you with hostility while you try to decide. I didn’t even call her to stay at the counter so not not sure what her issue was. The place was literally not one bit busy, only one table with two people were occupied, and there was no one else behind me and it hadn’t even been a minute and she was staring at me the whole time, seemed super creepy.
