Crust Pizza Midland — Restaurant in Midland

I ordered 2 XL Signature Pizzas and 2 sides from Crust Midland at 7:13 PM. The order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes as per the website. However, when I arrived at 7:34 PM, the girl was just beginning to prepare the pizzas. I was told to wait for another 10 minutes. Eventually, I received my order after total 47 minutes of waiting precisely at 8:00 PM. Although I love Crust Pizzas, the poor service and timing are disappointing. I don't want to waste 47 minutes and travel 15 km to get my pizza from Midland. This is the second time I received my order late since the shop is under new management. I understand it's a new team, but they need to learn to respect the value of customers' time. They should roster more staff during busy times to manage the high...

Absolutely horrible service Rang to tell the store that something on the seafood marinarra wasn’t quite right smelt very fishy and was inedible. Was told to hang on. Waited until Someone picked up the phone again apparently the manager. Who said I made that pizza there’s nothing wrong with it. Its fresh. I then stopped him as he had gotten into his full on defence mode and said mate I’m not trying to get anything for free I’m just calling to tell you that you need to check your sea food. He then went back to quoting the same thing I made that pizza from fresh stuff only in the fridge for two days. This is when I became fed up and stopped him and we said our good byes without an apology or even a thank you. WILL NOT BE GETTING PIZZA...

Definitely the worst pizza in the area. Ordered a margerita pizza and it was delivered all dry and not like the picture. Lacked sauce and cheese and it was like eating cardboard. If it's their stuff up and they provided good customer service and owned their mistake, it's probably fine. But they lack any care for any valid customer concerns and come up with defensive excuses. Really disgusting attitude that matches the disgusting pizzas. Even dominos who are a huge chain show more thought on their customer interactions. Will never go back and prospective customers, please avoid like the Covid 19. Can't vaccinate against this bad food...
