PT3 Bakery — Restaurant in Mildura

Came in the morning about an hour after they opened. I only had a couple bites of their crispy pork roll, but those bites were delicious.

The pork was crispy and bread was fresh and just the right amount of crisp. The pate and filling was good as well. Wish I could have more bites.

I have only tried the bread rolls, which are NOT bahn mi - the fillings are wrong, and the taste nothing similar.

Yum cha offerings are extremely over-priced, and steamed from frozen.

Indoor dining area is dark and unwelcoming.

Food preparation time is VERY slow, even when there are no other customers in the store.
