Hi, just going to start off with please don’t turn this review around onto the customer (me) Wasn’t terrible it was just edible nothing special at all for the price .. I think asking the other snitz in other places for advice on how to better your business might help you. , Other company’s saw you as threat to there business and now it’s just a joke, in saying that half my table received there meal first wasn’t till they were half way through till we got the rest of the meals , I walk in and handed a cake over to be brought out (was a good young staff member but just wasn’t educated in hospitality too well and he brought the cake out when I asked but just with a knife on top and still in the box and didn’t put the candles on when it was agreed to doing it so the surprise for my sister in law just made me fell embarrassed (as it wasn’t busy and they agreed to do it I was a tad disappointed) , just a little more effort in the hospitality sector would be amazing , but also don’t get the American burger with corn crumb idk if it was just me but it was terrible . I recently visited schnitz restaurant whist in Mildura with friends, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home.

The schnitzels were incredible—perfectly cooked with a crispy golden coating and juicy, tender meat inside. The portion sizes were generous, and the variety of toppings and sauces catered to all our tastes.

I paired my schnitzel with a fresh, crisp Mediterranean salad that complemented the meal perfectly. The vegetables were vibrant and flavorful, and the dressing added just the right amount of tanginess. My friends also enjoyed their side dishes, and it was clear that everything was made with care and attention to detail.

On top of the fantastic food, the service was outstanding—attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear the team here takes pride in what they do.

Schnitz Mildura has quickly become a staple in my weekly routine due to its proximity to my workplace. Visiting once a week, I've had the pleasure of sampling a variety of items from their extensive menu, which offers both chicken and beef schnitzel options. I'm currently working my way through their burger menu, giving each one a rating out of 10. So far, the "Spice of Life" chicken schnitzel is my favorite, scoring a solid 9 out of 10.

The restaurant consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Despite the high volume of customers, the food is always served within a reasonable timeframe.

As a relatively new business facing a large influx of customers, Schnitz Mildura has managed to deliver an amazing dining experience. Special mention goes to Olivia, who is always super happy and friendly, adding a personal touch to every visit.
