Hoi Bo is a local favorite for tasty Chinese classics in a casual, no-frills setting. While the decor is a bit dated with old furniture and carpets, the delicious food keeps regulars like us coming back.

We enjoy the soy sauce chicken rice. It comes with aromatic rice, a flavorful garlic chili sauce, and a salted mustard soup - such a satisfying combo! The sizzling Japanese tofu is another must-try, both delicious and fun to watch as it sizzles at your table.

The boxing chicken adds fun to our meal - crispy chicken drumlettes tossed in sweet and sour sauce, served with cute frilly colored paper decorations adding a whimsical touch.

With generous portions and reasonable prices, Hoi Bo won't wow you with fancy decor but it delivers on tasty, comforting Chinese fare. The friendly service and convivial atmosphere make it a neighborhood gem for casual family dining. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area and craving some classic Chinese...

Very Rude older lady with short hair . We ordered a serve of chicken rice for my partner to eat at the restaurant. I ordered 2 lots of takeaway as well . When my takeaway was brought to the table I wanted to take a bite of my chicken I was told not too . Ok I couldn’t see why that was not allowed since the takeaway was from the same restaurant, same kind of order and I was not wanting any cutlery or plate for that matter . All I wanted was to pick a chicken from my takeaway container . She pointed her finger and said “No” then when I asked why , her answer was “ you can’t do that next time !” Why I haven’t open the takeaway as she had already said so So why tell me off again as if she was speaking to a Child !! Very odd behaviour coming from a Senior who happens to be the business owner ! Very rude and bad business !! Disappointed at such bad manners from the shop service !!...

We celebrated our family reunion dinner at Hoi Bo Chinese Restaurant 3 days ago and our relatives really enjoyed all the set dishes we ordered. We ordered Fried Hokkien Noodles, Peking Style Spare Ribs, Crispy Fried Spring Rolls, Sweet and Sour Fish, Lemon Chicken Boneless, Salted Egg Yolk King Prawns and Hoi Bo Special Fried Rice. Reasonably good food at cheap prices and the serves were pretty big too. The service is fast and good and the staffs are friendly. Eating in Hoi Bo Chinese Restaurant is highly recommended. Besides, almost every Thursday we have Hainanness Chicken Rice for lunch at the Hoi Bo Chinese Restaurant. Five stars from us for the Hoi Bo Chinese Restaurant. Keep up...

This is an average Chinese restaurant situated just outside the Galleria in Morley serving a very wide range of dishes. We came here for their Malaysian lunch specials and were left quite unimpressed. The soy sauce Hainanese chicken rice was pretty decent - it leaves you wanting another bite. However, the BBQ pork was simply drowned in so much sauce, it felt like I’m just eating sauce and I couldn’t taste the BBQ pork. They gave us a bowl of soup at the beginning and that was a great start to the meal. Instead of serving us one bowl of rice each - they gave us one big bowl and it was way too much. Won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

Wasn’t having a pleasant experience with the customer service from the beginning which is fine by me and everything turns into absolute disaster after one of the dishes (Kang Kung vege with balacan) have a long hair in it. Spoke and showed to the waitress, and was ensured to remake a fresh one for us and guess what? More hairs found in the remake dish. And, have to cancel that order. The taste of the foods was quite alright but yeh… I dont think i will be back. Good luck with the people that having foods there, just make sure no extra ingredients before put the foods in your mouth haha. Oh and lastly, no, they did not apologise.
