Be Thai — Restaurant in New South Wales

Visited this thai restaurant on two different occasions in the past two weeks. The server/waitress on both occasions was extremely rude and dismissive. On my second visit, she barked "what you want" at me! When I explained I would like thai food, she walked off, mumbled under her breath, something inaudible, while shaking her head. When I commented how I did not appreciate her attitude, she backtracked and blamed me for misinterpreting her. Never an apology. My first experience, the same "lady," got my order wrong, threw a takeaway bag on my table when I had clearly asked to dine in and proceeded to clean around me, It was 7.45pm. The yelling, screaming, laughing, and joking heard from the kitchen may entertain the staff, and I'm glad you're enjoying yourselves. However, this provides a negative experience for your guests. Please do better. Your food is ok, but nothing more than your average thai takeaway. With the rudeness and entitlement...

Wonderful experience from start to finish we were so happy with everything. Visited on a Saturday night even though restaurant is small every effort was made by staff to accommodate all diners and we were so happy with the attentive customer service. We ordered entrees which were delicious we got mixed entree, chicken satay and Tom Kha soup with chicken so yum! For mains we got massaman extra hot and pad Thai 100% best curry the friend could not stop raving about the flavour, portion size and quality of the meat he was a very happy man! They need to ask the customers if they have any special requirements concerning the food. I've tasted better when I do it myself with packet mixes!!! Not as good as hoped for .price isn't too bad but tastes aren't there for what you'd expect for traditional Thai food. I went and mentioned to the cook that I wasn't happy with the tastes and made suggestions on how to impove the taste as I've eaten plenty of Thai food over the years.
