Cooly is my FAVOURITE beach on the Gold Coast! Been going for years as it’s the perfect proximity to shops, cafes and restaurants and retail galore along the strip! Has everything you need within walking distance, and the beach is a hidden gem that looks as though you have walked into some unknown paradise. Just next door is Greenmount where it’s a beautiful place for a picturesque picnic, and you can go for a lovely walk on the pathway that takes you on a scenic route. Beach is fantastic for kids as at low tide a natural pool forms that is not dangerous waves and for those that want to surf, you can peter out into the waves.
