Ordered a mocha waited 10 mins 4 guys working behind counter but no one making coffee when asked the guy serving he said I don’t know how 5 mins later a lady came and started making coffee she had like 7 order tickets lined up on the machine by then she was doing her best to get them done but in her haste the lid had not been put on properly so ended up all over my jumper and the floor went to the lady and asked for a cloth she apologised and wiped my cup then went back to making coffee the guys didn’t stop what they were doing and ignored what had happened I told the guy he needs to mop up the spill on the floor he told another guy to clean it up but never offered any apology or another cup of mocha lesson learned $7.80 down the drain I’m 1 customer who...

I am extremely choosy when it comes to coffee from cafes, and I have very specific preferences. I recently tried Oliver Brown for the first time, and I must say, I was impressed! I’m particular about my coffee (weak mocha with oat milk), and very few places can get the blend just right for me. Oliver Brown nailed it with presentation and it’s now my favorite cafe in Bathurst.

So today again I decided to takeaway for my travel back to Victoria.

Tanya is a wonderful barista / waitress and we really enjoyed her promptness in getting our order to us and her friendly nature and they were under staffed on the day and so our meals took a little longer than usual but the service is primarily why we would go back as when we enquired about how long our food might be they responded and we understood with recently opening and also being so busy that we couldn’t expect things to arrive instantly .

Our coffees arrived really quickly and we really enjoyed them and Tanya again made them so delicious and the perfect temperature because we communicated...
