8CCC Cafe — Restaurant in Northern Territory

I'm a little gob-smacked this is only the second review of this fabulous little community café, sat right next to 8CCC Community Radio, Alice Springs (Mparntwe) and Tennant Creek (insert local name here).

It may be the little secret of Mparntwe's glorious arts, music, dance, et al scene. Sit here long enough and many of that scene will wander in and through. Plus, of course, the great radio presenters like A., A., and M. who've just done the breakfast show...

I'll instead be intentionally oblique about the sensational café staff: E., I., N., Ja., and various gods bless my aging memory, I've forgotten at least one. Grr!

Great food, superb coffee, teas. Come for the unsmashed avo vegemite toast and dirty chai. Stay for the ambience and new friends, 8CCC 102.1FM pumping out at a soothingly appropriate level.

I adore it. I reckon you might too.

The fire bird sandwich had a nice kick to it. Also, got iced chocolate and a biscoff muffin which there was nothing remarkable about the iced chocolate. A bit of a limited food and drink selection but friendlish disposition in the place. I suppose its a good place to listen to the radio whilst having coffee. Overall, it's a fair place to grab just a quick bite...

Such nice coffee and friendly experience in 8ccc! Talked to the new owner Margaux and Ben. The owner is so professional and try to focus on the quality of the coffee a lot. The beans were baked by themself. They use scales and distributer guarantee the quality of every shot. Nice music and vibe as well! Definitely...
