Very dissapointed! We will NEVER come back! Foods are really pricey! We ordered fish, staff asked if we were okay with the bigger fish and more price while we can see the fish was ready ( we dont have any choice cause ITS ALREADY BEEN COOKED). fish was overcooked, it was definitely frozen, because it came out rubbery and really dry and smell fishy, asked for thai style and more spicy, came out just sour and sweet. We ordered tom yum soup as well, came out warm and just too sour. The only great thing was the rice. Lack of service, staff never asked how was our meal, asked for fresh chilli, given the frozen one. I dont know if they changed the chef, it used to be good. They need to have consistency! We pay for that much and got dissapointed....

I have been a Darwin resident for 30 years and won't use Mellow Thai restaurant and Cafe again. I don't consider myself a whinger and am very accepting of most things but I received terrible customer service. I made a takeaway order by phone and when I went to pick it up the order I had made was not correct. I was challenged be the young girl behind the counter saying I had made an error. When I simply stated that that wasn't what I had ordered she got very defensive, accusing me of getting it wrong and after a 5 minute stand-off I walked out.
