This review is better late than never after my first visit there last Friday! Although this basement bar was packed to the rafters with a lively crowd, we were quickly seated and warmly greeted at the bar by a bartender named Josh. Despite the chaos around him, Josh was incredibly efficient, composed, and clearly passionate about his craft. He didn’t just make cocktails -He was able to make recommendations tailored to our tastes as well.

What stood out most was his attentiveness and willingness to elevate our experience with information and a little bit of history about the cocktails we were ordering (charlie chaplin's & honeycomb negoroni's). Every drink he made was balanced, beautifully presented, and delivered so well!

Nice ambience but service was a let down. Sat down for table service and ordered 2 drinks. After waiting 45 minutes and our drinks didn't come we had enough and decided to leave. The hostess followed us outside and demanded we pay our bill for our drinks we never had. (She accused me of stealing) won't come back

Edit: the order didn't slip through the cracks, the table next to us ordered after us and received their drinks before us. However their order was incorrect. The waiter had the drink I ordered and wanted to give it to this table. I tried to tell him but he ignored me and said ours is coming. We waited another 20 minutes and no drinks arrived so left. Having spent $60 on 2 drinks before, I guess a gesture of a free or discounted drink didn't occur. Just to settle our bill? This doesn't happen at other venues passing as upmarket...
