Centered in the business district of Perth, Western Australia stands a skyscraper of 51 floors that overlooks the ever growing Swan River plains we call Perth. Central Park is a masterpiece of engineering and construction with its tiered peak and outlook of windows. The view from the 36th floor is beyond belief as you can see Ascot Racecourse, Crown Casino, Optus Stadium and Matargarrup Bridge from the east side. Unfortunately the associated car park located in the basement off St Georges Terrace, is very expensive and quite a squeeze to manage in a large SUV. The building is fully secured and requires a pass key to access the lifts and floors. A conference building is separate but joined by a enclosed walkway accessible to the passing public. Cafes and specialty shops line the thorough fare and a central stage hosts Friday night drinks and performances. The foyer is 5 star hotel and furnished in modern design. The lifts for floor sections are separated and form a 5 point star in the centre of the building. The elevators are quick and quiet, but can leave you a little floaty from the quick ascend.
