Historic landmark, plenty of restaurants, bars and cocktails bar Sandwich shop, chocolate shops, takeaways, tea store and coffee shop. Wonderful and beautiful best city hotel winner of 2020, COMO The Treasury hotel and COMO Shambhala massage. Everything you need: is inside this historic state buildings no wonder it is called Point Zero, the landmark of survey of Perth, WA. Festive seasons, weddings, private and business dinning or parties, plenty of space and services offered by beautiful and professional staffs, from culturally diverse backgrounds. This is is safe for kids, adults, olds and it has wheel chair access from two entrances from Barrack street and Cathedral avenue side. The building has been heart of many Perthian 😊 and one of tourists most visited place in the CBD. Come and Enjoy the structural scenes and...

A beautiful Award-winning architectural restructure of a grand old building, that has been located in the middle of Perth for at least a 100 years.

The place is brimming with niche bars and cafes, both outside ( at basement level) and inside.

On the downside, the different places are often open at different times, and you may need some form of 'road-map' to work out where the various places are located in the building... But that should be half the fun!!!

PS A little trivia on the 'road-map' side of things- all distances on maps and directories in Western Australia are measured from 'point 0' ( ie zero), which is located at the South-eastern corner of the...

What a warren of total indulgence! Starting with Petition, which was stunning and a specific review will outline this beautiful restaurant, we then ventured to The Wine Merchant. This is a den, dark and mood-lit. Perfect for enjoying wine! The staff were exceptional in their knowledge of wines and their origins. Of course we stayed and enjoyed a delectable red! The Beer Corner is also fabulous. These staff know their beers and are keen to share their knowledge. We couldn't get into Post, the restaurant, as it was fully booked, but we will return! Very highly recommend for a...

Delicious meals, great atmosphere and the staff are very personable. Prices are at fine dining costs but the quality of the food is exceptional. I really liked the exposed brick walls and industrial style. It's not somewhere I'd go regularly but perhaps for a special occasion. It makes for a nice change and in the heart of the city the location is superb. I wish there was closer street parking or a car park though aside from the valet parking outside the Como at the treasury there didn't seem to be many other close spots so we parked in a Hay St public carpark and walked back there.

Worth a look. Take a rickshaw for the experience and drive down both side of the road to get your travel pics. Don’t forget the Gandhi statue behind the gates - see picture. It is worth the trip on the way to another destination. By the way - can’t review Bangalore Palace - here is my take - it is underwhelming and not worth going inside. If you do go inside - be prepared to pay entry fee and a fee if you want to take photos. I was amazed at this - not the cost, it’s the principal that annoyed me.

Beautifully kept heritage buildings, we went there for the first time last night for a dinner at one of the restaurants, Long Chim and it was wonderful being in the lower level wondering what this area was used for in the old days. We're looking forward to coming back next time we're in Perth and checking out more of the shops, cafes, wineries, and restaurants. Beautiful architecture and well worth a visit just to view that. Give it a try. Highly recommended 👌
