I visited the café this morning with a friend. While the food was really delicious and well presented, the service experience completely ruined our visit.
The staff member who served us was extremely rude and impatient. I ordered a cappuccino, and my friend wanted to customise her drink slightly. When we were trying to explain the changes politely, he interrupted us and threw the lid of the coffee cup on the counter, saying in a harsh tone, "Tell me everything at once!"
Instead of guiding us or offering friendly recommendations, his behaviour was aggressive and disrespectful. This all happened in the morning, and it honestly set a negative tone for the rest of our day.
Staff wearing a cap (morning shift) needs serious training in customer service. And I recommend if you don’t want to serve us or if you don’t like us then simply deny that you don’t want to serve us but don’t ruin...

There was zero respect for customers, and it felt like they didn’t care about their job or the people walking in. A little courtesy goes a long way, but clearly, that’s too much to expect here.
