Sen5es Restaurant and Wine Bar — Restaurant in Perth

Simply outstanding. My husband and I were staying at the Novotel for 7 nights in Sept/Oct 2019. We returned to Sen5es every night purely because of the high quality food, great menu, and outstanding service. It's unusual for us to eat at the same restaurant over several nights when we travel, but on this occasion we could not find any reason to do so.

The Sen5es menu provided a great range of dishes to choose from, and each one we had was cooked to perfection. Over the week we had the oysters, soup specials, garlic bread, fish specials (groper, cod, salmon), indian spiced cauliflower steak, barramundi, and the free range chicken. We also had several deserts which I can highly recommend. I cannot fault the consistency of the food quality nor it's preparation.

The restaurant provided a great selection of wines from both the local area and other notable wine regions. We thoroughly enjoyed all the wines we ordered.

The service was consistently outstanding - Professional, prompt without rushing you, and friendly. The Sens5s team were excellent in their engagement with the patrons and ensured that your experience was enjoyable.

A special note of compliment to Francesca and Jordan who were exemplary. Thank you to you both and your team.

We will definitely return to this restaurant next time we are in Perth, and will be recommending it...

Sen5es within the Perth Novotel is a lovely little restaurant with great food. We enjoyed the Vegetable Tian and Chicken Duo, with a large Thai Beef Salad to share. The portion sizes are spot on, there was a minute amount left at the end. And the flavour was full and great through to the last mouthful. The chicken was cooked perfectly, very tender and juicy. With the flavours flowing through in a way that has you wanting more. Similarly, the Vegetable Tian was cooked superbly. The vegetables soft yet full of texture that glides beautifully in your mouth. And the merging of flavours all compliment each other in a joyful way. As for the Thai Beef Salad, crunchy and refreshing. Everything about this dinner was great. The staff were incredibly courteous, a little pushy at first regarding drinks and entrees. However, after the order was taken they were very good, attentive in a pleasant way. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a comfortable Perth restaurant...

Whilst browsing online for somewhere to go for Sunday brekky, I couldn't seem to escape the rave reviews for Sen5ses regardless of the site I used. Turned out it was for good reason!!! Located in the lobby of the ritzy Novotel Hotel there was a bit of a price tag for the buffet meal, but once inside you could have as much of the incredible food as your heart desired (or until your stomach gives out which, let's be honest, will probably occur first). We're talking the usual bacon, eggs, sausages, toast (in fancy toasters) etc with the addition of delightful surprises like smoked salmon bagel delicious pastries and unlimited T2 tea or barista brewed coffee. Definitely worth swinging past but make sure you don't have any plans for lunch...
