Hill Street Bar — Restaurant in Western Australia

I strolled into the Pan Pacific Hotel Sports Bar tonight for a feed and a beer. I was greeted by I would say the most bubbly, welcoming bar person I have met in very long time. Her name was Raj Doshi, through her personality she made me feel special and that confirmed I would stay for a beer and meal. I have a disability, so my mobility is rather limited which for her was no issue, Raj would carry my beer to my table and made sure I was comfortable, these are big events and very appreciative in my life. What I experienced tonight has ensured my next visit I will stay at the Pan Pacific. A simple smile and an act of kindness that goes beyond a person scope of there employment can be so valuable to another person. Raj Doshi you are 1 in million these days and I hope your manager recognises that you are worth your weight in gold. Myself and my family came to the pan pacific sports bar to celebrate my Grandma’s 70th Birthday, we did not enjoy our experience. -There was difficulties using my pan pacific gift voucher. The server walked off with my phone to show management the digital gift voucher but she did so without asking/informing me first. The server sent herself my digital gift card to her personal email address allowing her access to my voucher aswell as access to my personal email without asking/telling me. we received two individual green beans as the side to the lamb rump we order (that’s ridiculous) we had to clear our own table and I noticed the table next to me doing the exact same. I tried to speak with their management team regarding this situation via email and they have done nothing what do ever to compensate for this. I definitely do not recommend, it’s not worth your...

The only problem I had is I pacifically stated that I do not like spicy food. They delivered me a steak that burnt my mouth from my lips to my oesophagus, We ordered the chicken wings and it was battered and taste like fish so it makes sense why they also supplied it with spicy sauce as well as a nice supply of Cute lemon. I couldn’t tell the difference between chicken and battered fish.!

When I was leaving and I was like well, my mouth is on fire and I’m actually leaving right now so I can get some milk!

My partner had a burger and he loved it and he thought the Delicious for me it was atrocious. I was not impressed and I will personally not be coming back.
